Tried out this location after having issues with the location in Rensselaer, and what a mistake that was. I placed an online order, and waited 35 or so minutes in the drive thru while being parked in line, as I saw my food sit in the window in a bag. After I finally got my food it was all ice cold, so I had to go back around and wait for it to be remade. When I got the remade food, I can tell whoever made the sandwich was pissed they had to remake it because it was loaded with so many toppings and so much sauce the bun fell apart when I picked it up. I’m sure your drive thru goals for any given day are not in the 45 minute ballpark because at least 5 cars were waiting that long. Whoever was managing 5/28 around 3 needs to not be left in charge alone. I’ve been managing restaurants for 14 years and not once have I seen a drive thru operation run as poorly as it did here.

It’s not even fast food at this point. I don’t care that you have short staff. It doesn’t take 25 minutes to make food or even take an order.

Got an order from here via Door Dash. Their food sucks! All of it lukewarm and tastes terrible. There’s no way any of it was made fresh.

Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickle only- even said on receipt no mustard.. came with mustard; took it back gave me the wrong order again. Chicken fries were barely cooked and the actual fries were old and not good… me & my bf were the only ones in the store and they were not busy. Didn’t eat any of my food tonight
All burger kings in Indiana messes up every order it seems. So frustrating

ordered the 2 for $5 breakfast special…but apparently you have to specifically ask for it or you don’t get it. was told some story about an employee getting attached by an upset customer so their resolution was to put a sign on the drive up order menu that we have to request it. they rushed us thru to the window and wasn’t up on the screen to verify. Also ordered ham, chez, and egg sandwich and the egg was missing!
