The people that works here are very nice BUT my biggest frustration with only this location is the the app and its coupons don’t work. I get way better deals going to cedar Lake or other locations. When I call to see if they will honor they say they don’t have a much flexibility. Frustrating and causes me to order to other locations

Completely unacceptable customer service. I understand that they could be busy, but the general lack of urgency surrounding the entire crew was ridiculous. It appeared as if no one was in charge, since no one tried to make the crew understand people were waiting around. Domino's corporate needs to come in and clean house, there's no reason it should take hours to get your food when they weren't that busy

It was really great. Our first time eating at the Lowell location my husband picked up and he said the guy was nice. The food was cooked perfectly with lots of cheese and ingredients. I was nervous because of the reviews but it turned out to be really good

I like the staff. I knew the one guy personally from seeing him at my job. so it was nice to have it be more personal.
I think I'm on Punk'd every time I pick up an order. Usually given cinnamon vs Parmesan twists. No big deal. The pizza toppings are right no wrong. Surprise we were out of a topping so we made it special thick crust instead of thin. wait what.... calming my inner Homer Simpson...

Ordered a pizza online and took 2 hours till they delivered it.
Spent more than double their "tracker" time waiting for my food, and somehow still managed to forget to make it. Didn't get my pizza, probably won't go back again. Lovin-Oven and Aurelios next time, because they care.

Ordered door 90 minutes before they closed. My confirmation email stated 18-29 minutes for delivery. About an hour after I ordered, the app stated the food had been delivered. I did not order contactless so I was confused. I called the store and spoke to the manager Kiley, and she was incredibly rude. Upon calling back, the driver stated the food had been delivered. I asked for the food to still be made because at this point there were no other options for food in town. I asked if I could just come to pick up the food, and I did. The driver that claimed he delivered my food stated he delivered the food to someone and described a house that definitely was not mine. Very upsetting to take all of 70 minutes to finally get my food and had to come to the store to pick it up. The most upsetting part is I was still charged the delivery fee and the tip. Kiley the manager stated that she would not remove the charges because it would inconvenience her driver. Very disappointing
