I have ordered from here 3 times in a row and they don't even get the order correct once. Today they forgot an entire meal my son picked up. I just want my order correct the first time, not oh come back and we will make it right. Just do it right to start with. Most of the people I talk to avoid it and go to Cedar Lake. I am going to as well. It's not a deal if they can't get the order correct.

This store wants to hire an employee, give not even 2 full days of training when I have no experience at a coffee place, and fire you when you wake up and throw up for 4 hours before the shift starts and can’t make it in. When calling in Drea was very rude and disrespectful especially when hanging up the phone before giving an option to come in while throwing up.

Took too long, I was sitting there for over 30 minutes. My coffee was cold, they almost forget everything in my order, and they had me wait again for my other drink after already waiting almost 15 minutes for my coffee and 2 hash browns. That’s just uncalled for

Am I on walk the prank? I ask for less ice and they fill it to the brim with ice. You can clearly see the “less ice” on the cup. I just paid over $5 for 2 sips of a drink.

Good coffee, stale and hard doughnuts, errors in receiving your order--sometimes they forget to give you part of your order and other times you get free doughnuts like I did today! I just read another review about a cup of urine on the counter! What is that about??
