Horrible, just completely horrible, food is nasty, coffee taste burnt, and please don’t ask for less ice, because you will pay .50 cents extra.. I drive all the way to crown point every morning for our coffee and breakfast. What a waste of space..

We've tried to come here a few times now to give it a chance since it's local. Overall just bad experiences. Never seem to be able to make orders correctly the first time. Always something made wrong or missing. Food never seems to come out hot, lukewarm if you're lucky, and always seems to be made sloppy. Donuts seem okay if they have them, but that's kind of bare minimum expectation wise. Then if you try to ask them nicely to correct THEIR mistakes they get an attitude with you.. Overall just not worth spending the money here. I'd rather travel to St. John and pay more for a Starbucks coffee & sandwich plus the gas to go there, than deal with the hassle of buying from here.

We waited on our drinks for a good 10 minutes just for them to taste disgusting. Every other dunkin I have been to it’s been ready within 2 minutes. They forgot what donut we had ordered. We waited 10 minutes on a BAGEL just for them to then forget to grab our drinks. Terrible service. We were told to pull up to the handicapped space blocking everyone else they were sending up to wait on their food. People were yelling at eachother inside of the kitchen mind you it was not busy whatsoever. Waste of time and money.

Red- headed girl is full of attitude. Made my order wrong in Drive thru and when I proceeded to nicely ask about it, she started argueing with me and would not give me her name... not too hard to identify her at 6am with red hair and hostile attitude. Daily customer lost.

Went here for just 2 cups of ice cream and both of the cups literally had nothing in it, the cotton candy one had chocolate syrup in it . Went back inside only for one of the ice creams b/c i didn’t want to be picky, explained to the girl tht i wanted a new one, all the teenage girls on shift plus guys were staring at me all confused and disgusted…. Asked me again to order after I told the girl I just wanted it remade, and after i started eating it there was still chocolate syrup in it…. Don’t recommend this place if you want good service and good ice cream ! :)
Order is always wrong. Workers are more worried about talking to their friends that come in than making your order.

Dont go during the day on the weekdays day. Only good times is morning on the weekends. They ring up what they want and then make things wrong. It has happened on many occasions. At one point they made my coffee order wrong and told told me that what it was. I said you're saying this is latte and not a coffee? At that point they took the coffee back added a BUNCH of expresso and gave it back. I couldn't even drink it. Many times I will ask for a latte and they will ring something similar up and give it to me. Its very frustrating as some coffees are like $6. Its clear that they don't care.
