Check your order before you drive off. If it’s wrong you have two options- drive back and get the correct food or the will give you a voucher in the mail that will take over a month to arrive!!! 🤦♀️🤬

We have no open KFC's in our area (Central Illinois), so knowing our trip would take us pst one in Lowell, we made a special stop.
Because my regular chicken was fresh out of the fryer, and my husband's was the end of a batch, they actually took the extra step of frying him fresh chicken as well.
It was wonderful to be greeted by happy, smiling faces during our long trip! Thanks so much!

This was absolutely the worst KFC I've ever been too so disorganized paid $40 for dinner waited 25 mins and it was all cold as the staff was on the back line dancing and playing games will never be back to that store

Service is always excellent at this location. The management always goes above and beyond to give the best possible experience. Food is always fresh and delicious. Employees work hard to keep the store clean as well. The KFC experience tend to be very hit-or-miss depending on location, but after visiting this locaton almost daily for the past 2 years, the quality has been consistently excellent every time. I cannot recommend this location highly enough! Staff is always friendly and pleasant. 5 stars in all fields!

Spent 35 minutes waiting for “fresh tenders”. Literally 35 minutes. When I went in to ask about my $40.00 order, they were clueless and confused saying they needed more time. I’m irate. The food eventually came, ICE COLD. Shame on yall I don’t know what was going on tonight but you weren’t busy you were lazy. Highly dissatisfied and complete waste of money and time.
This place is so unorganized it’s not even funny. I love KFC and this store in particular never have the food ready, especially around lunch time when everyone is on break. You would think management would make sure enough chicken is dropped so the customer isn’t waiting 20 minutes for an order. I wouldn’t usually complain but this is the third time this has happen to me so I had to share my experience!

The inside of the store is very nice and comfortable but when I doordash I almost never get what I ordered, they always give me the wrong drink too. Plus they always forget the sauce. recently I went and I got KFC sauce and they didn't give it to me so I asked again which was fine, but the sauce tasted rotten and I don't know if it's old but it did not taste good at all. Pot pie was good though.

Came at the end of the night 45 mins before they close so there is that didn't have what we wanted in a 12 piece so they put what they had left to make a 12 piece dinner it was dry over sat am sure frys cold for 58 bucks it should have been way better food. And biscuits were hard like a brick and we only live 4 blocks away so time getting home didn't matter for being cold
This is the most unprofessional KFC I have ever been to. I have never been treated this way by KFC. They were rude and talking about us because we came in after they “closed the door”, yet it was completely unlocked. They were yelling and screaming profanity from the back and kept talking about why are we even here. I will never be back. terrible!!
