This was absolutely the worst KFC I've ever been too so disorganized paid $40 for dinner waited 25 mins and it was all cold as the staff was on the back line dancing and playing games will never be back to that store

Service is always excellent at this location. The management always goes above and beyond to give the best possible experience. Food is always fresh and delicious. Employees work hard to keep the store clean as well. The KFC experience tend to be very hit-or-miss depending on location, but after visiting this locaton almost daily for the past 2 years, the quality has been consistently excellent every time. I cannot recommend this location highly enough! Staff is always friendly and pleasant. 5 stars in all fields!

Spent 35 minutes waiting for âfresh tendersâ. Literally 35 minutes. When I went in to ask about my $40.00 order, they were clueless and confused saying they needed more time. Iâm irate. The food eventually came, ICE COLD. Shame on yall I donât know what was going on tonight but you werenât busy you were lazy. Highly dissatisfied and complete waste of money and time.

This place is so unorganized itâs not even funny. I love KFC and this store in particular never have the food ready, especially around lunch time when everyone is on break. You would think management would make sure enough chicken is dropped so the customer isnât waiting 20 minutes for an order. I wouldnât usually complain but this is the third time this has happen to me so I had to share my experience!

The inside of the store is very nice and comfortable but when I doordash I almost never get what I ordered, they always give me the wrong drink too. Plus they always forget the sauce. recently I went and I got KFC sauce and they didn't give it to me so I asked again which was fine, but the sauce tasted rotten and I don't know if it's old but it did not taste good at all. Pot pie was good though.

This is the most unprofessional KFC I have ever been to. I have never been treated this way by KFC. They were rude and talking about us because we came in after they âclosed the doorâ, yet it was completely unlocked. They were yelling and screaming profanity from the back and kept talking about why are we even here. I will never be back. terrible!!

Came at the end of the night 45 mins before they close so there is that didn't have what we wanted in a 12 piece so they put what they had left to make a 12 piece dinner it was dry over sat am sure frys cold for 58 bucks it should have been way better food. After the 4th trip to this location it will be the last time. I know we have been arriving after 9, which seems to cause the most issues. So the lobby is locked, no sign to inform customers. Notjing on tye websit stating the loobby is closed. Tonight we checked the door, it was 9:15pm, the door was open. But we we quicy told that the lobby is closed. We couldn't grab our food at the door, we had to go to thendrove thru.We drive around to the drive thru, got our meal. The combo we got has chicken nuggets.I checked the bag, and again, the nuggets were missing. Had to drive around to the drive thru to let know we're missing them. They had to cook them up and for us to drive to the door & they'd bring them out.We said we would wait at the pick up window then3-4 minutes while we wait. We would move if another car pulled up behind us.This location is not very convenient and keeps messing up our order. So, no more KFC for us.
