Ordered on the mobile app, gave them the order number that they assigned to my order at the drive thru, and they still brought me the wrong thing. Was there for 30 minutes. Update 2 years later. Still cant get anything right. Im glad I ask for sauce so they can forget to put it in the bag every single time.

The food is not fresh and I only live a couple blocks away. The The french fries were cold. The big Mac was cold, but mostly the food was old should’ve been thrown out.

Food order was accurate & tasty. Girl who took our order was super nice & accommodating. Dining room was very dirty. We came in the morning around 930a and almost every table had crumbs & grime. Appears dining room was never wiped/swept/mopped from the night before as there was lettuce and French fries strewn about.

3rd time we stopped here, as we were out & about. The kids that work here need more training! Had to ask for everything, ketchup dispenser empty on all 3 visits. No napkins served with our meal, had to ask & was given 3? Not to mention, our big macs came with everything on the side & under. The fish came topped with tarter sauce, not on the fish but on top of the Bunn!!! Awful experience, NEVER again!!!

I chose to walk in and as soon as I walked in, It didn't feel the same. It probably didn't help that I forgot how to order as it has been so long but they put up with me. Easiest hit-and-run food before heading south on 65 🏁🏎️

Another place that needs to be torn down and put up a Chik fil A. No one knows how to say please or thank you,,,they toss your food and take your money. Rude help and overpriced garbage. I will never be back.

I always go through the drive through with my dog. A young lady named Katie usually helps me. She’s always smiling, in a good mood and always has a treat for my dog, even though McDonalds doesn’t supply them. Thanks for always making my day brighter

Honestly extremely infuriating experience but don’t know what more to expect from McDonald’s.
For starters maybe ice in my pop. I got handed two pops that looked like they had a sip taken out of each. Which I understand that ice makes the liquid volume go up so it’s hard to argue that one except you see a full pop right next to it for someone else’s order.
Then right behind it a full lemonade with ice.
I ask the kid if I can have some ice and he said “Oh you want ice” I said yeah why didn’t you put it in the cup “Oh I have to get it from the back” And hands me a cup with his hands covered over the top with no lid.
Glad to see he’s found his perfect career at Lowell McDonald’s.
