I always go through the drive through with my dog. A young lady named Katie usually helps me. Sheâs always smiling, in a good mood and always has a treat for my dog, even though McDonalds doesnât supply them. Thanks for always making my day brighter

Honestly extremely infuriating experience but donât know what more to expect from McDonaldâs.
For starters maybe ice in my pop. I got handed two pops that looked like they had a sip taken out of each. Which I understand that ice makes the liquid volume go up so itâs hard to argue that one except you see a full pop right next to it for someone elseâs order.
Then right behind it a full lemonade with ice.
I ask the kid if I can have some ice and he said âOh you want iceâ I said yeah why didnât you put it in the cup âOh I have to get it from the backâ And hands me a cup with his hands covered over the top with no lid.
Glad to see heâs found his perfect career at Lowell McDonaldâs.

Slow, and forget items! Can't even read the grill slip and make the sandwich as ordered. What a joke! Don't customize your sandwich they can't read!!! Probably have RATS iykyk!
I could give this place a negative review I really would everything in my meal was wrong. I went back to have it fixed and it took me a half an hour in the drive-through ultimately only get what was wrong. Fix and have cold food at home. I will not be back Will not spend a dollar here I mean, I sat there after I had to return an order that was Made improperly in the drive-through for over 25 minutes. What makes Them think that my fries were still fresh yeah you fix an order but my fries were so cold. I ordered a medium fry for myself because everybody else got to eat but not me. I sat here in the drive-through over a half hour in total because they only corrected the wrong burgers. I do shit with the fries and my fries were cold. I missed an entire meal with my family. Had to pay extra for french fries so they were fresh because. 45 minutes later after the original order, I still wasnât home
