This is the shittiest Mexican joint I have ever been to in my life. Don’t waste your time you can make better at home in your microwave. Staff not very coherent either. If they were to put in a Los Rancheros that place would be closed in a week. Take my word for it and save yourself the disappointment.
Best mole sauce I have ever eaten. Always friendly with a smile. For us in the boonies, this place is an Mexican oasis.

Pros-Food was good, not great. Service was friendly and quick.
Cons-Atmosphere not good. I felt like i was in a 1990's American Cafe. Seats tables and bathrooms were old. Place needs to be gutted and modernized. Also the salsa tasted like cold spicy tomato soup and the chips were not warm. Weird setup with 2 entrances. Problem is, there are only 2 Mexican joints in Lowell so these issues won't be resolved anytime soon with limited competition in town.
Kid-friendliness: No kids menu.

Awful awful awful. Chips were stale costumer service wasn’t great. The margaritas were straight up syrup. The most nastiest margarita I’ve ever had. So disappointed in everything! Don’t go here if you want good Mexican food or drinks. Go to Mexico Lindo Mexican Restaurant Bar & Grill down the street. They have such better Mexican food and drinks!

So disappointed on how tasteless this food was. Out of 7 different dishes we got the only thing that was "good" was the cheese quesadilla (but that's coming from a 2yr old) and no real way to mess up a cheese quesadilla. Chips were stale. Did not taste as if anything was cooked fresh from today. What a waste of money.
The real sad part is I drove 20-25mins to this place thinking it was good like the views said.

I usually love this place. But tonight I was disappointed. $14 for this little bit of food ? This would barely suffice as an appetizer, but for a dinner ?

Made reservations a week ahead of time, and when we showed up, they said we'd have 2 hours' wait. Maybe reservation doesn't translate in Mexican.
