Got basically treated like a piece of trash. Mean old ladies during the day.

How can you blame someone for receiving the wrong order when you handed them the food and confirmed the name for the order?

The employees working were extremely slow. I asked for chicken breast (not knowing they no longer have it). Instead of telling me, they put something totally different on the sandwich and when I said I wanted the breast the workers looked at me like I was stupid. The rest of the time the workers kept glaring at me. It made me feel super uncomfortable
We've visited this location a couple of times and have enjoyed our visits. Food has been good and service is friendly. They seem to keep up on the cleaning here. The only thing I did not like was we do online ordering so we can get in and out. They have a spot where they are supposed to put your order when it's ready, but they always just leave it behind the counter. I don't mind, but I then have to wait for them to get through the line of people before I can receive my order. Defeats the purpose of online ordering.

Subway won't take any coupons that they send out in the mail anymore. Why send them then?

This Subway has GREAT service! I love the ladies that work days in particular. I am very disappointed that they have milked the COVID excuse, or whatever excuse they are currently using, to not accept coupons for as long as they have. Lots of other SUBWAYS in local towns accept coupons and have less business than the Lowell stores. Their businesses seem to be doing well. Don't tell me the busy Lowell store cannot do the same. Come on Lowell SUBWAY, do better.

The owner simply does not care about his customers or employees. The prices keep rising and likely will continue while the owner refuses to take more and more coupons. The restaurant is always dirty in the back and the employees obviously don't care.

No posted signs anywhere. I went in had a coupon and they refused to accept it bc the owner doesn't want that.... well POST it so someone like me doesn't go through the whole process of getting a sandwich and then told I can't use it. So what leave the food there?? How is that better or ok??? Just gross you don't make enough money so take it out on customers. Just post the sign sorry if your embarrassed of your own policy just let us know in advance .... gross

I hate this Subway and the one in Cedar Lake. They never take coupons or honor any of the Subway promotions. Not sure why people still give them their business but I guess to each his own. They'll never see my money again!!!

Hadn't eaten Subway in 10 years. Hasn't gotten any better. Too bad there isn't better options in Lowell.

$35 for 3 sandwichs. Less meat than ever. I'll be back when prices go down
I dislike that they don't take any coupons. The prices have skyrocketed for the same old same stuff offered. Many times the young females working there are too involved in their own conversations to listen to the order and I have to repeat myself several times for my order. In a pinch or when the kids have sports it does make for a decent but expensive dinner.
Good food, good meat, good god! Let's eat!
