Didn’t make the sandwich right again
Had a really good experience getting a couple breakfast burritos. All meat was pre weighed and packaged. Very clean and sanitary set up.

Minus the manager, Jennifer and the other employees are wonderful, prompt, and super clean. I gave a 4 star because the manager is super rude and unpleasant to order from.

younger girls working there are beyond rude, and your lucky if your food gets made right. worth the drive to the cedar lake location, service there is so much better.

They serve stail bread and call it fresh. They forget things with online orders. Avoid at all costs. Thank God they are building a Jimmy johns closer...
Stopped by for lunch it was raining outside. The works were smiling and happy to take care of my order. They even asked how my day was going. We need more people like them.

The employees working were extremely slow. I asked for chicken breast (not knowing they no longer have it). Instead of telling me, they put something totally different on the sandwich and when I said I wanted the breast the workers looked at me like I was stupid. The rest of the time the workers kept glaring at me. It made me feel super uncomfortable
We've visited this location a couple of times and have enjoyed our visits. Food has been good and service is friendly. They seem to keep up on the cleaning here. The only thing I did not like was we do online ordering so we can get in and out. They have a spot where they are supposed to put your order when it's ready, but they always just leave it behind the counter. I don't mind, but I then have to wait for them to get through the line of people before I can receive my order. Defeats the purpose of online ordering.

Subway won't take any coupons that they send out in the mail anymore. Why send them then?

This Subway has GREAT service! I love the ladies that work days in particular. I am very disappointed that they have milked the COVID excuse, or whatever excuse they are currently using, to not accept coupons for as long as they have. Lots of other SUBWAYS in local towns accept coupons and have less business than the Lowell stores. Their businesses seem to be doing well. Don't tell me the busy Lowell store cannot do the same. Come on Lowell SUBWAY, do better.

The owner simply does not care about his customers or employees. The prices keep rising and likely will continue while the owner refuses to take more and more coupons. The restaurant is always dirty in the back and the employees obviously don't care.
