Great meal and Service! We were thrilled to be able to enjoy breakfast in the middle of day. Our waitress was absolutely on point—attentive, friendly, and efficient. We went on Black Friday, and despite the crowds, the quality never suffered. The service was flawless, and we couldn't have been happier with the food!

Was seated fairly quickly, was a little busy but there were several open tables. Waited 10 minutes and no one ever came to my table. Guy in the booth behind me ordered after what sounded to be a long wait. Server never did make it to my table. I got up and left and I don't think anyone even noticed!!

I ordered the new big wrangler breakfast: Hard pass. My husband and I's food were cold. Bacon over cooked and cold for both, he didn't get his eggs how he asked either. But my meal was cold all around, home fries were cold and undercooked. The gravy is quite literally tasteless, it was like I was just eating wet bread. Our waitress however was very sweet, just quiet and didn't take our plates away or the glasses when we had refills. Place was very clean as well so that's a plus despite the gross food. Definitely disappointed with our first time trying this location since we moved here. Bob Evans is usually very good.

Refused to seat anyone even with open tables because they wanted to get an 8 top served first. Didn't make sense Don't know how to operate a restaurant. Maybe corporate needs to audit the place and teach them how to handle a crowd. Won't be back. Lots of other places that know how to seat someone and handle a medium crowd
