Normally I give burger king decent marks because I like them. This one is barely open from its remind which is good, the place looks nice. I don't know whether it's the new staff or what but they are slow. Like sit down restaurant slow. Also you rarely see a real person in the front unless you are being called to collect your food. The new lay out is really impersonal which considering a lot of fast food restaurants are moving in this direction is probably the point. I think it's sad though that a business that used to be about bringing people together now is putting out vibes of not wanting to talk to you. If there was a net gain in efficiency by refocusing the staff on food then ok I guess but when it takes twenty minutes or more to have food brought to you at a fast food vendor that's just sloppy. Honestly the vibe is okish but your going to be better off eating at home. If you need something quick but have twenty minutes to burn go a few doors down to Culvers. Their burgers are better, since we now have to wait the same amount of time at least get something you can pretend was worth it

It would have saved us time and gas money if they would post their closing time as the time they stop serving instead of the time they lock the doors. Google said they closed at 12am. We got there about 15 till. They had everything cleaned up and were no longer serving.

First if we had time we definitely would have left and went somewhere else. Service was not the greatest. Entire crew looked like zombies. Guy literally wiped his nose with his hand before serving our food and taking our order. Pop machine had no ice and only had basic stuff and when we tried putting sprite in a cup black specs came with it. No heat in the place. If that isn't bad enough the restroom was filthy. Pubic hair everywhere. Feces on the wall. This place needs a health inspection fast. Not sure how they are still in business.

Give this location 3 stars mainly cause they never truly get my order right. Mainly just stuff missing or made wringThe staff is what gets the stars. Theyre usually friendly. Ocasionally get a rude worker or staff that seems like they dont kno anything. I try to avoid mcdonalds for some of the same reasons.

The grill was broke upon arrival—no burgers. The heat was not working (23 degrees outside). The employees said the restaurant had been weeks without working heat. The bathrooms smelled like dirty pit toilets. The employees need to seize ownership. The king is dead.

absolutely horrible service. suppose to serve breakfast until 11 and switched at 10:30 AS we were in line. when we told them it says served till 11 they told us “get out of our drive thru if you’re going to lie”. HORRIBLE service. horrible people.

Complete and utter incompetence by the management, drive three took 27 minutes and all I ordered was a cheeseburger and fries, 9 cars were lined up behind me and only one employee working on making food all while the manager was outside the front door smoking and then went inside to hide in the office, got my cheeseburger with no cheese on it, went inside and was greeted “with what we do wrong”, if it ever come to the point where staff is greeting people that way you know your store is being ran wrong. I hope this is not a franchise location because if it is the owners are slum.
