The new layout is awful. Employees do not pay attention to the front of the store. Good luck if you need anything or need a correction to your order. Just waited 20+ mins for 2 meals when there was only 1 other customer inside. Food was fine.

The workers were nice but the food was not great. The nuggets were old and hard. The fries not cooked fully and cold. The chicken sandwich and whopper were sloppy with condiments making them super messy and soggy. The sweet tea tasted days old. The drink cup given to make my own drink had coke syrup stuck around the entire rim of it, I had to ask for a new clean cup. The tables were dirty.

I was in the Burger King on western ave around 5:30 pm , the lady at front desk rude as hell. Comes up to counter asked the the people on the Oder yourself machine .they were not paying attention. I was standing up by the actual counter ready to order . Sees me walks back to the behind counter no tooth also !they suck 🤗

This location does not offer an option to order with a person, they only have kiosks. I’m not a fan of this, and it is not even keeping prices low. The food was not as good as it usually is at other burger kings, but the atmosphere was nice. They have nice updated designs and it was clean. For some reason it took them like 20 minutes to get our food.
