This is the worsted place ever in my 18 years carrier for pick up the load, Give me a door in just 20 minutes but I was waiting and waiting to be loaded for just 15 pallets took 7 hours, Oh come on lazy bones

Where to begin, check in was simple and easy enough. But that's the only good part. After getting my door assignment, I've been here for 9hrs 31mins!! They do not respect us drivers. Just moments ago I got a call from them asking if I was still in my signed door. I said "Yes I haven't-" and this rude lady cut me off demanding I leave. I made sure to be heard when I told them to unload me first and then I'll leave. Not to mention how the parking situation quickly becomes a madhouse when too many people show up. Drivers avoid this place like the plague. You'll be sitting here until your clock refreshes and you've missed all your upcoming appointments. I'll make it a point to never come back here again.

My driver arrive at 4:30 pm checked in at 5 pm , it is 8 pm and nobody is calling him to get unloaded

Unfortunately these reviews are pretty accurate. I checked at 3am for a 3am appt. Was told to park in gravel area and wait to be called. Docked around 6am. And loaded by 9. I was also sent 2 pallets shorts because "they couldn't find them"

Overnight parking outside the gate for 6 or maybe 7 trucks, but when it comes to loading it takes minimum of 4-5 hours

They like to be loude all night . I live behind them all I hear is trucks running all night . It makes it hard to Sleep at night. Thanks for not letting me get any sleep all weekend. You do not care about any one .your very selfish. Today is day 5 OF NOT GETTING ANY SLEEP.ALL YOUR FREEEZER TRUCKS AND SEMIS IN AND OUT ALL NIGHT .STOP STOP STOP AT 11PM - 7AM..

Not really nice to the people that live behind them . You can always here them from 1 or 4 days a week vibrating the walls of the house. There very selfish people only thinking about them selfs no consideration for the people that live around them. Now for more bad news. If your a driver and your parked on the side your going to be there for probably 8 hours. Good luck

Use button on wall on left to buzz you in talk to a person opens gate, if to crowded park in gravel be careful there are holes and u can get stuck if water in them theres enough room for maybe 5 trucks, u can always walk through gate and check in after talking to someone if u want, slide tandems, they open doors for you, depending on a good day in an out under 2hrs also confirm your weight brokers play games

Bought cupcakes from our local grocer in Little Rock, AR and they tasted like fish. They also had a "made in American" sticker on them that almost seemed satireicle. Not sure it was meant that way or not but will no doubt stay away from this company.
