We had a pickup appointment on 02/06/2026 at 1:00 PM. The driver checked in around 1:30 PM. No late fee was paid, as this was not due to any issue on our side. The driver was assigned a door around 2:45 PM. Loading was completed around 6:00 PM. We picked up a -10°C reefer load.

Well, what can I say. They don't disappoint you like many others, who don't care about drivers. All I've to say is don't come here early. Even there are no trucks on the dock, they will make you wait for the last minute close to your appointment time. Then 🐌 take sweet time offloading. This happened 2nd time in a row. I've lot to say but I'm keeping myself calm and cool. Good luck guys.

The worst of all places . Drivers don't come here . They will keep you waiting for hours . Drivers avoid this place at all cost. Whoever is handling the shipping and receiving dept is doing a horrible job

Broker stated I had a 12:30 appt. Cafe Valley said it was 1:30. I arrived a 9:00. They backed me in at 3:30. I was scheduled to reload at 4:00. 7 hours here; I lost the reload and a day’s pay. The people were real nice, but the coordination between the broker and Cafe Valley needs some serious work.
Please don’t be late they will make you wait all day because of it. They do have a restroom, they are very critical of docking PERFECTLY. Nice staff. Basically hurry up and wait is the motto here.

I am here to pickup a load appointment time 16:30 and have to deliver a load at saxonburg pa at 2:00am at Aldis . Which is like 6:00 hour drive right where I am now the time is 19:09 still have the green light no clue when they are planning to load. The Wherehouse is getting worst day by day.

There heath supervisor has been ignoring my calls and voice mails and I can't get any information about my workers comp after a severe injury
