C'mon, Culver's. You're slipping. Our drive-thru order was wrong, no condiments they offered, pop was 90% ICE!! Our fish sandwiches were thrown together sloppily with almost no sauce, lettuce, etc. And no napkins for the sloppiness. Almost $26 for the meal. We'll have to think about going back again.

We visited with a hungry group of 21 after a 12 hour van ride to get here for a youth conference. When our leader walked in and said we were a group of 21 they responded “No, go down the street.” Then proceeded to give dirty looks and attitude to our entire group of hungry teens as we all ordered, then after most had eaten and some were receiving the custard they had ordered a cup was slammed down on the table in front of myself and some of our teens and the table number snatched off the table. Should we have called ahead? Possibly, but the restaurant was relatively empty, only a couple of other tables, and nobody else was getting food when we arrived. Also, no a single one of our orders was complicated, no special requests or weird asks, we tried to make it as easy as possible. Had I known about the initial exchange before ordering my food I wouldn’t have out of concern for the quality after we clearly ruined their workers day. Maybe some training in customer service and a reminder of the fact that prepping food for lots of people is literally their job. I did enjoy the Christian music being played, however, the attitude did not match the atmosphere…

The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. We need more people like that in our society. The food is spectacular and I thoroughly enjoyed the double butter burger with bacon and the fries. The best I have had in a very long time. I tip my hat to them.

I do like Culver's. Best burgers in fast food (tied with 5 Guys). The service is quick and polite, friendly even. Decided to try the pit roast sandwich today with some smashed taters and coleslaw. On a rainy December afternoon, that sounded faboo. And it was. The roast beast was tender, potatoes hot, the slaw crunchy & properly sauced. And the custard is the star of the show. But the religious music is inappropriate. It's always Christian music, too. Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, etc., are polite enough to keep their music in their places of worship & personal spaces. Even Christians don't want to hear Christian music all the time.

This place is a rip off, asked for the fish dinner but was given 2 fish sticks, dry or dead fries and 2 spoonful coleslaw for a whopping $22 , could have gone to long john silvers and got 3 chicken and 2 fish for $13 and got double the fixins...I'll never go back ..first time , last time
