Last night 9:15 drive-thru. I ordered a medium Turtle Sundae & was informed that only 1 topping was included in price. The other toppings are now extra. A Turtle Sundae is NOT a Turtle Sundae unless it has soft serve vanilla ice cream. pecans, hot fudge topping, hot caramel topping & (in some locations) whipped cream & a cherry. This is straight off the DQ Website. No mention of beibg charged extra for what is advertised as the standard ingredients. So i changed...
Older counter staff at my visit genuinely took Interest in completing my order. Kinda expensive but worth the cost. Went way beyond on quantity and quality!!! Outside kinda blah. Slower service only downside..
Dairy Queen is a wonderful place to take grandkids. One grandchild had a chocolate cone dipped in chocolate and another had a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. We were celebrating, so I had a peanut buster parfait. The ice cream was great and the service was fantastic. And the taste of a peanut buster parfait hasn't changed in 40 years.
