This place was incredible! Food came out incredibly fast. We got a chicken quesadilla and a veggie burrito. Both were delicious. And the red and green salsas were so good! The server was really nice, too. Will definitely come back if we’re going through the area. Highly recommend

I love El Taco Express so much & we eat there often. Often enough to know this isn’t their queso or their chips. The chips are store bought corn chips and their cheese taste like Totinos cheese dip. This only happens in the night shift and it’s a bummer bc it takes the authentic out of El taco

Having high standards for Mexican food from my border town upbringing (I could smell the carne asada from home!), I decided to test El Taco Express with a to-go order. I'm thrilled to report that this place immediately took me back to my Baja California-style roots—and that authenticity survived the trip home perfectly. This isn't just good taco shop food; it's a nostalgic experience that travels well. The star of the show is undeniably the trifecta of perfection: the lengua, the carne asada, and the chicken tacos. The lengua is fork-tender, richly flavored, and prepared exactly how it should be—absolutely melting in your mouth. The carne asada is smoky, perfectly seasoned, and chopped, not shredded, giving it that authentic street taco bite. Even the chicken tacos are a standout, moist, and perfectly grilled.

I had arroz con pollo and lingua tacos and the food was out of this world. It was amazing. This is my new go to mexican restaurant.
Parking: It's a small parking lot and I have a big truck so it was a little difficult to get in and out of but the food and the service was worth it.
Exactly what you would expect a Mexican taqueria to be. Fabulous food fabulous people fabulous atmosphere prices are right and the food's outstanding!!!
Vegetarian options: Can order anything on the menu any way you'd like it prepared so take the meat out of anything you want to.
Dietary restrictions: I have horrible allergies these people accommodate every last one of them. And I've been eating there for 15-20 years and never had a problem.
Parking: Very small compact parking lots in the front side and rear
Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family-friendly atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs ground level and wheelchair ramp for the concrete walkway out front.
