I stop by the Marion, IN Hardees every morning and the employees (Lisa, Jim, and managèr) are always friendly and they always treat me with respect & kindness and the food Is always hot and fresh! This Is by far the best Hardees I’ve ever been to and will continue to go there, they are simply AWESOME!

A lady assisting a gentleman with my chocolate shake preparation noticed an undesirable substance in the syrup while pouring it. I believe it was mold. She promptly showed another lady nearby, who displayed evident disgust. They attempted to conceal the issue. Fortunately, I witnessed the incident, although it resulted in a wasted expenditure, as the shake was discarded. I will refrain from dining at this establishment in the future. Serving such contaminated food will inevitably have consequences.

Food was cold. When the man at the counter (manager I think) handed me my drink cup he had his hand inside the cup which is gross and seems like an obvious no no. After receiving my to go order, I stood at the counter for probably 5 minutes waiting to ask someone for condiments. They saw me and ignored me. I left without condiments, with cold food and I threw the cup away. They were not busy at all so there is no excuse for such poor service. Overall it seems like a management issue.
All the employees were very sweet and wished us a very merry Christmas the food was excellent and it was overall a great time thank you for being open on Christmas!!!
