Well today was probably the worst service I've ever had,all I ordered was chicken and pancakes meal and I was the only one in the dining room took 25+ mins, and the waitress seemed very annoyed just by me walking in,I don't think I'll be back.

Hot chocolate I ordered was so hot it melted the whip cream before I got to drink it, my table wasn’t cleaned before seating us, all employees were on their phones or talking not working. Food was cold by the time it got to us. Our table wasn’t stocked with syrup, napkins, and was sticky. When I went to the bathroom it was covered in urine like nobody has cleaned it in months, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. When I walked out there was about 10 orders waiting on the line and employees standing around on their phones.

I never go to IHOP but today will be the last day i even think about going to an IHOP. I spent $80+ dollars on food that was half way cooked and not made right. Our burger wasn’t done, biscuits were dry and stale, and philly cheesesteak was over cooked. And not to add, the nats flying around you was really just a cherry on top for us. Never ever again!

I'm on this occasion we had a large group and service was extremely disorganized and slow. It took a long time to take our orders. When the order finally did come, they had no idea where it went and would just call out, and people would have to remember exactly what what they ordered what sides they had and how the eggs were cooked. So many were very similar. Of course.Since it took so long, everything was cold. It would have been impolite to start eating before everybody had their food. I could have finished my breakfast twice before the last person had their food.
