Always misses something on order

Everytime I go to visit Jimmy John's there is something wrong. This time I asked for a specific item to be removed because I'm highly allergic to it! Low and behold it's one the sandwich. I'm honestly giving it on ordering from here.

Unbelievable rude counter people. Whoever was on today definitely needs a lesson on politeness. I ordered 3 same subs , with no spread on one. When I picked them up & asked which one was plain he replied with "the one with none on it"!
Then I went up to ask about the meal deal and said I didn't know there was one. She said you have to request when you order. How could I request when no one offered the special and there were no signs. I see lots of other 1 star reviews...there may be a common thread here

Ordered the new veggie wrap online, got the chicken one, spent 12 dollars, threw up all the way home after taking massive bites not knowing. Vegetarian for 20 years. Never going back again.

Pulled in contracted worker trucks blocking lot, got around, tried to place order, fire truck running very loudly 75’ from the building, couldn’t hear, then waited and waited and waited, 1 other car in lot, finally left without food…. Never again!

Jimmy John’s #1432 in MarionWaited a full fifteen minutes in line with a single car in front of us.This location failed to properly prepare an order that was placed online. Then, they demanded that we come inside to sort things out as not to make others wait. Eventually, the manager yelled at me, my wife and my child to “get out of my drive through!”Called customer service and was promised a prompt call from either the franchisee or the franchise business consultant, but have still heard nothing.To be clear, evening staff at this location is exceptional. Abysmal daytime staff and absent franchise ownership makes this location difficult to support.UPDATE:This happened on March 22nd and I called customer service immediately. They assured me the franchise owner would reach out within 24 hours. They did not. I have now called customer service twice since this incident, but have still not received a call from the store owner.

Fake review: I love how when I crunch into to the bread it's soft and it melts in your mouth.i also like all the options they for desert and sides.i also like how it only arrives in 2 minutes.

Real review: I hate how when I crunch into to the bread it's like a brick and it doesn't get softer when you leave it in your mouth for five minutes .i also dislike how little options they have for desert and sides.i also dislike how it arrives in 45 minutes, also it's overpriced.

Just moved into our new home and we needed somewhere to eat as we were so exhausted & hungry. We've been to other locations without issue so we thought this location would be good. I'll just say that we will not be visiting again! I ordered a turkey & tomato sub for takeout and got only TWO massively thin slices of meat!! Are you kidding me?!!! If we were in the restaurant, I probably would've flipped out. My husband took meat off his sub so I could actually have something to eat other than a tomato sub! Too bad it sucked because it's super close to us and we would've ordered from here all the time. Oh well.

We didn't eat from the restaurant we called in a order and didn't go to pick it up the woman didn't have none of the topping we ordered and she was charging 25 dollars so instead we went to subway and they had all the topping and they only charged 19 a sandwich place should not be saying they don't have toppings that go on a sandwich when they own a sandwich restaurant
