Food was as good as it is at any KFC. There was one employee just standing at the register chit chatting about remodeling his house for like 15-20. I thought he was taking orders when I came in, so I got in line. A moment later, I realized he was just talking, and a different employee came to take orders. That is irritating. 😒 The cashier also didn't ask if we were dining in or taking out. He automatically did take out, we were dining in.
The wait was terrible. They were in the middle of the end of rush hour and couldn't keep up with orders. People started getting impatient. The workers are just slow.

We ordered food online, said it was going to be ready at 5pm for pickup. My girl gets there to pickup the food and she waited over 20mins for a so called manager told her that he's only helping paying customers first when we already paid and the food wasn't even ready. This KFC is ran poorly and unprofessional and needs to replace this so called manager that was so rude to my girl who asked them politely with what's going on to why our food wasn't even made when the app said it was ready and on the shelf for pick up.

Bought the number 6 threw drive thru got to window paid for my meal they said it would be five minutes can I pull up ok I did waited 30 minutes called them they got really rude and stuff so I didn't get my meal I will not go there again guess I go to Popeyes from now on
