The wait was terrible. They were in the middle of the end of rush hour and couldn't keep up with orders. People started getting impatient. The workers are just slow.

Food was good and fresh, service was very slow and it was very clear to me that the cashier who took my order would rather be anywhere else. Restaurant itself was not super clean but I feel like I got a lot for the price I paid.

We ordered food online, said it was going to be ready at 5pm for pickup. My girl gets there to pickup the food and she waited over 20mins for a so called manager told her that he's only helping paying customers first when we already paid and the food wasn't even ready. This KFC is ran poorly and unprofessional and needs to replace this so called manager that was so rude to my girl who asked them politely with what's going on to why our food wasn't even made when the app said it was ready and on the shelf for pick up.

Bought the number 6 threw drive thru got to window paid for my meal they said it would be five minutes can I pull up ok I did waited 30 minutes called them they got really rude and stuff so I didn't get my meal I will not go there again guess I go to Popeyes from now on

Sent my husband to pick up carry out. He placed the order for 2 buckets of chicken along with the sides in drive through. After driving 12 miles back home, he realized he was only given 1 bucket of chicken and sides, but charged for 2. While I agree that he should have noticed he only had half the order, the drive through worker knew she only handed out half the order but charged for 2. Of course their phone is busy. Lesson: never go to KFC in Marion or send someone incompetent enough to not notice right away!!

My most recent visit with KFC was sadly unsatisfying and dissapointing, as I've not had a terrible one until til now. The 2 small fries ordered with our meals didn't even have a total of 10 french fries per box, this is unacceptable. One of the soft drinks were almost completely flat, and the biscuits didn't seem very fresh either, as they were slightly hard and cold. I would give 1 star, but ill give a grace star in hopes that they will improve their service.
