The McAlister's website doesn't recognize a Marion, IN location so they either closed shop, or no longer accept pick-up orders. It becomes exhausting spending so much time on these 'ill-conceived' sites. Either have them working or don't have them. I challenge the owner to log in as a customer and and place a take-out order for the Marion, IN location. It can't be done.

Parking: It is on a very small lot and is somewhat of a one way. Can be hard to get close to the front door. I love the food & can overlook the prices.

Ate here with my son. We stayed for about 2 hrs. The staff continued to check on us, refill drinks, take trash. I was amazed. I'm not used to such a customer focused service culture in quick serve restaurants anymore. Definitely on my list to visit again.

It was not a great experience for us as a group. The service is atrocious. They wiped only half our table when we got there. There were problems when placing the order. They forgot to bring half the food we ordered. In the end, they brought 1 slice of carot cake with 1 spoon to say sorry...... to a table of 7 people (not that we wanted or demanded more)

One of my favorite places to frequent. The food is pricey but it is good. I always know that I'm going to get good quality so I do not mind paying a little bit more. Furthermore, the management staff seems to be on top of it. At every visit of this place, and I have been there a lot, a manager has come by my table to how I am doing. Furthermore, the staff is better than most places. Although I think service has gone by the wayside today and nobody is teaching the kind of manners that employees should have, this place is a pretty good job. Their employees make eye contact and smile. They are doing things right here and I hope they continue to do so. Great job.

Soooooo slow! I waited over 25 minutes for my food after ordering. I had ONE SANDWICH! By the time I finally went to leave the line was to the DOOR! Not to mention the manager yelling at employees in the kitchen so loud everyone in the dining room could hear every single word. Horrible experience. Never again.

I was shocked to see only a 4.1 rating at this store. I frequent this place because it is literally one of the best in town. The food is always awesome, the staff is always polite and friendly. I don't have to pick up my table when I'm done. They offer a military discount. The store is always clean. They do not turn over staff a lot like other restaurants in the area. I don't think the store or staff is the problem with the lower than expected rating, it's the people leaving the review with too high of expectations for the kind of store this is. I'm leaving my review because these people deserve better recognition than they are receiving. I will keep coming back to this awesome chain restaurant. The sweet tea is awesome and I've never seen them run out. Even Kori was polite and friendly.

Great freshly prepared specialty sandwiches that are not available at most quick to eat restaurants. Here, you walk in place your order at the register, find a table, and they bring your food to your table freshly prepared and at a ready to eat temperature. Besides specialty sandwiches, they have a variety of salads, soups, baked potatoes, sides, and even a few desert choices. Great place to eat.
