Let me tell you a story. I moved to Indiana a year ago and tried this McAlister’s place a couple people I know were telling me about. Since that first time the ordering (king club drop the lettuce add spinach add pepper jack ). I can’t not eat at this place it’s like legal drugs the euphoria just eating these sandwiches. McAlister’s is by far my favorite restaurant or if you want to say deli that is fine. Absolutely a 10 doesn’t matter what time of day Doesn’t matter what u order.
They are FAST and care about the food and the customers. And that I can always appreciate. I will see you at the Marion location soon! Thank you for being different!

The McAlister's website doesn't recognize a Marion, IN location so they either closed shop, or no longer accept pick-up orders. It becomes exhausting spending so much time on these 'ill-conceived' sites. Either have them working or don't have them. I challenge the owner to log in as a customer and and place a take-out order for the Marion, IN location. It can't be done.

Ate here with my son. We stayed for about 2 hrs. The staff continued to check on us, refill drinks, take trash. I was amazed. I'm not used to such a customer focused service culture in quick serve restaurants anymore. Definitely on my list to visit again.

Adore McAlister's. The fresh taste never dissapoints. Food you can feel good about eating. Service was so fast too!
It was not a great experience for us as a group. The service is atrocious. They wiped only half our table when we got there. There were problems when placing the order. They forgot to bring half the food we ordered. In the end, they brought 1 slice of carot cake with 1 spoon to say sorry...... to a table of 7 people (not that we wanted or demanded more)

One of my favorite places to frequent. The food is pricey but it is good. I always know that I'm going to get good quality so I do not mind paying a little bit more. Furthermore, the management staff seems to be on top of it. At every visit of this place, and I have been there a lot, a manager has come by my table to how I am doing. Furthermore, the staff is better than most places. Although I think service has gone by the wayside today and nobody is teaching the kind of manners that employees should have, this place is a pretty good job. Their employees make eye contact and smile. They are doing things right here and I hope they continue to do so. Great job.

Soooooo slow! I waited over 25 minutes for my food after ordering. I had ONE SANDWICH! By the time I finally went to leave the line was to the DOOR! Not to mention the manager yelling at employees in the kitchen so loud everyone in the dining room could hear every single word. Horrible experience. Never again.
