This place workers are lazy. Take too much time to prepare a sandwich. This is unacceptable. Because once I work for McDonald's as a manager in Toronto. What I saw there is no floor plan to get thru the busy time. It's a disaster specialy to truck drivers.

Every time I go I get parked in the drive thru to sit there for 20 min and get Cold food and that’s if you get all or the right order managers are rude and probably shouldn’t work in the service industry

This was my worst experience in the food industry. It took over 30 minutes to get my food, which was cold by the time I received it. No one was at the front desk to assist customers, and employees were unprofessional and downright rude. When I finally got my order, items were missing. There were several other customers also waiting, including a woman who had been there for over 30 minutes just for two coffees and a sandwich. If you want a good McDonald’s experience, go to the one in Warren, Indiana—it’s only about 15 minutes north and worth the drive.
