Very slow service. Had to wait on some of our food so the food that was ready was cold by the time we got the rest of the food. Order for 3 people took twenty minutes. Most of the tables were dirty and you could tell the restaurant was way understaffed.

Ordered on the app, and came inside to pick up. Store is closed for cleaning, yet, marked open on maps, and on app. Manager says he can't and won't do anything, and refunds can't be done through the app, so, they basically stole my money.

Worst McDonalds around. Says it’s open 24hrs I pull up at 4:30 and they tell me they don’t open until 5 a.m. just drove 13 miles to just turn around. Will never eat at this restaurant again.

We waited in line to order. No big deal, that is to be expected. However, after we ordered and paid, it literally took 23 minutes to get our food. We sat at the window the entire time. Usually, they ask u to move forward. 23 minutes for 2 mcgriddles and 1 bagel. Then when the manager brought our food, she just hands it to use and closes the window. Im not expecting 5 star service at McDonald's anywhere, but atleast 2 stars would've been better than our experience today.

Very rude management and employees are very hateful. Manager Darlene withheld a employees final check and forced them to sign write ups before employee could have the pay check
Hit or miss on sweet tea. Some employees are great, not saying anyone was rude. Just a few really stand out. They don't have burger King nuggets??? If they did i wouldn't get them, McDonald's are better.

Where to start,
First and foremost, I'm a service member in the Army. I have come to this location multiple times and I am always respectful when talking to employees or even when asking a simple question.
Tonight I went in and ordered a happy meal for the Pokemon card pack that it comes with. I respectfully asked if I was able to purchase additional packs for my kids. The lady at the counter was unprofessional in the sense of her response being "um idk, I don't think so" but in a rude manor... I simply said we'll that's weird because it pops up showing you can purchase just a toy by itself. She walks away and stands in front of the counter talk bad about me with her manager. Be mindful, I'm in uniform and was very respectful with my questions...
This location is always terrible, but to be disrespectful as a manager and an employee and talk bad about customers while they are standing right there is a whole new low, even for McDonalds.
I hope this post reaches the Store and or General manager and they clean house of the rude employees. There is no need to be disrespectful to customers the way this location is.

Used to stop here daily as it was on my way to work and convenient for me. The service seemed to get worse over time and after overhearing a lot of arguments and screaming matches coming from the kitchen area I felt that if they cannot handle themselves professionally they certainly aren’t handling my food any better. Wouldn’t recommend.
