I ordered inside to go and it took way too long to get my food. I was there like half hour. Then I get home and my food was cold which makes it not the same so it made my evening terrible. I spent 30 bucks . it costs too much for such bad experience. Now I don't want to eat at McDonald's no more.

Had to wait 5 mins on ketchup packets, forgot the bacon on my bacon quarter pounder which took another 5 mins. Just really lousy service up at the front line.

We order three meals inside. No alterations. Somehow we waited over 20 minutes. They were still missing items and then proceeded to tell me they were out of lemonade. When I asked for a refund in the drink, they then decided they had some but just needed to change the bag out. I waited another 6 minutes for a Coke and fries.

Normally I come here between 2-6pm, and it’s usually busy and service is quite slow. However, tonight, I showed up at about 10:20pm in the drive through. I ordered a Chicken Big Mac with no lettuce or pickles, and extra cheese. I also ordered a large sweet tea. I won’t lie, I was kind of expecting something to be wrong with my order, or to get a rude drive through employee or something. But, to my surprise, both of the women at the drive through window were extremely kind and quick, and my Chicken Big Mac and sweet tea were literally perfectly made. I’ve had bad experiences here before, but I’ve never left a review. This time, I felt like you guys deserved the positive spotlight. Thank you guys, I’ll definitely be back now!

Frappie machine was done which pretty much was the reason for my visit.
Parking: Its kind of weird to navigate just one flow. So you come in on the south end you have to go all around the building to park or get into drive thru.

Just to let others know, Don't know how frequently this happens, but I'm sick and tired of un trustworthy people. Serving the buplic on the food people order and are not given all they ordered, I'm sure it happens more than not!!!!! I just left and got home and realized that I had not gotten all I paid for.

Ive given them way too many chances to succeed at doing the bare minimum. Theyre rude on the phone when they mess up your order, they arent fast at all which is a problem for a fast food restaurant. Im officially done with the south end Mcdonalds.
