They took longer than a God's age to make a fresh patch of orange chicken they made three different dishes in front of orange chicken that I was waiting for. The server who was trying to rush me out by getting my order paid for before the orange chicken was ready I said I'll wait twice and the manager was standing right next door short Mexican girl didn't even get her name. Trying to rush me out of there like I needed to pay for my meal before I even got my order no
And for me to repeat myself twice and politely wait like 15 minutes for orange chicken while they were making two other dishes okay whatever it's not right

I came in no greeting . Waited forever to get my order I had to ask girl to type in my rewards number. She acted like she did. Told me the total, I asked what name came up she said oh let's do that again put my number in again. Got my food home its completely disgusting. My noodles are stuck together sticky n gooey gross. My chicken n mushroom isnt even fully cooked the mushrooms are dry and hard along with the zucchini. Chickens rubbery. And the honey walnut shrimp is old hard and breading is all falling off . All bad!

Servers are rude….

Walked in 20 mins after opening and still didnt have half of the food prepared. Lady at front refister cussing about how she didnt want to be there. Barely acknowledged and stood there for 5 mins before being helped and I was the only person in there. Really bad customer service at this location.

takeout service is terrible at this place, 3 time now i had to wait for the food after being told it would be ready at a certain tine when i ordered on line... why do them tell you it will be done and you have to wait. there were 3 people there at the time. no more for me..

Went through the drive thru. This evening. Around 1840 and was polite even asked how the customer service rep was doing. She blew past that and immediately was rushing me while I ordered and didn’t have any type of good attitude idk who hurt her feelings just before work but I can find better customer service in a Cracker Jack box…. After this visit. I’ll goading drive to wabash to get the amazing Chinese food from the Ninja express place who have OUTSTANDING SERVICE. and better prepared food. Fix your rude team members
