Instructions for baking are not good. Every pizza burns on the bottom!!

Very unprofessional that I’ve been calling since noon to place an order and the phones have been busy. For one I want to make sure you are even open after being closed for a while and 2 I live in Huntington and want to just be able to pick up and go home. But kind of hard to do when the phones are off the hook.

Ordered a dairy free pizza and no where in the buying process was I informed that my pizza would be less than standard really surprised me. I asked for the adequate amount of cheese and was told that it would be extra since the normal amount of cheese would be more expensive. So I had to pay extra for cheese just to make it look normal. Totally ridiculous and felt mislead and ripped off. Not to mention traveling over an hour to pick up. Never again.
