Gal was a bit rude, had us go to the other window for a small order just for the timer to quit counting. Chicken bites and fries old and crunchy, dry... Received a banana vanilla shake instead of banana chocolate. Didn't give receipt. They have been putting them in the bags, but not this time. Their service continues to go down.

It was good at least the food was the person taking my order was rude and grouchy and just sounded like a straight b wasn’t polite at all. I feel like there definitely could have been more welcoming and they didn’t even ask what we wanted to drink with our combos or what we wanted on our sandwiches which is common practice at a fast food place. Do better please.

I'm from the coast so this was my first time here. Food was not bad and the service was ok but the forgot some of the items so we had to go back, where we sat next to others waiting for the same thing.

I ordered through Door Dash today. Definitely the worst Rally's food ever. Usually Rally's has very good burgers and food. NOT TODAY. This was definitely one of the worst food experiences ever. Burger was not fresh. Tasted like pure salt. Hot Dog barely had any ketchup and mustard. Bun was smashed like to where it looked more like a corn dog. And the chili cheese fries looked old and disgusting. One fry was black and rock hard??? ....HOW DO YOU MAKE SUCH BAD FOOD AND SERVE IT TO PEOPLE WITH A STRAIGHT FACE????

I dom't really knoe about day shift because I'm on 3rds, but they have always been pretty awesome when I go here late at night or super early in the morning. And this may sound weird, but they have AWESOME Mr. Pibb. A lot of places have really watered down, not so great pop. Definitely recommend. Especially for the late nighters. (Staff has always been nice to me too)
