Food choices are snacks but okay,, the coffee drinks are amazing, definitely can't get anything anywhere else that tastes like this, very unique flavored coffee.. very good, however, the employees always look like they're super busy, most of the time there's a line, and most of the time there's a wait.. I don't think that I've been to this location one time when there was no wait.. other than that Starbucks itself is amazing 🤩

The new remodel has more space but the awful bar height tables and chairs are terrible and very uncomfortable.

I called them to ask a question and they hung up the first time so I’m thinking it was an accident the second time I called they answered and someone said stop calling Starbucks and hung up in my face like wow I’ve never in my 25 years of life experience this type of customers service I’m speechless

It's always great coffee. Sometimes, when I go there in the afternoon, they always seem to get my order wrong from being in a hurry. Other than that, I have no complaints.

A smile goes a long way. This store didnt offer a very welcoming environment at all.

Sat in line while the car in front of me gossiped with the people working. There were around 20 cars in line by time i was finally able to leave. Thankfully my drink hadn't melted.

The best place over all storrs I had visited. The manager, Jeremy, in person, greet me and delivered my drink. Actually, he had done it in the past three days. He even remembered my name! That is what I call " Amazing customer service!" Thank you to the Starbucks team in Marion!!!!!

I mean come on, it's Starbucks. I believe it's important to keep in mind the stress baristas experience, so curb your enthusiasm when experiencing their customer experience, experience. Food is always hot, drinks are always hot/cold, and the staff is friendly as they can be with the load they're under.

I received a text for a free coffee for my birthday. It said I could open it before my birthday. As I was recovering from surgery I waited until I could drive to go get a Starbucks at my Marion Starbucks. I could not drive till after my birthday. When I asked the barrister about using it I was told Starbucks made a change and it is now only valid on your birthday. I felt that was rather cheap!

I was on a road trip and just stopped to visit their location. I was blown away by their Phenomenal service, extremely kind and personable team, and they go above and beyond.
