My drink wasnt made correctly so I went in and let them know and instead of just giving me the pumps that were missing the threw it away and made another.

Felt very welcome here. I tried something new (White Mocha with Sugar Cookie syrup) and of course had to have the Sugar Plum Danish. Both taste really good and they did my special request (extra whip cream) perfectly! Also love the sprinkles on my drink. The ladies were very cheerful and gave a warm welcome vibe 😊 Very nice to come to a place that was like this.

I have been visiting this Starbucks for almost 5 months. I go everyday no joke. I order the same thing. They all should deff know my order however read the paper anyway to be sure they get right. Idk how many times I have pd for vanilla sweet cream and its made with whole milk instead. Its an extra 1.25 for sweet cream . That adds up. I should have a free drink or two by now as many times as they've missed this. These drinks arent cheap . READ THE INGREDIENTS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! I get my dri ks to go on the way out of town to work. I cant just bring back to have made right. Im just out that money and my drink isnt the way I like. The staff are sweet and the service is great. Really need to pay better attn to orders made ahead. Pay attn. Thats alot of money I've lost going daily and I've had this complaint over and over. Still no change or refund. Im gonna take my business to 7 brew if I do not get a coupon for at least one free beverage. Im tired of this. Ive been standing there and had to point out their mistake . Thoroughly read the direction and INGREDIENTS people...

I may not be very helpful I only get one drink from here the London fog tea when it's hot outside I get it iced when it's cold I get it hot. It's my favorite drink I've had there

I don't know what all the hype is about Starbucks. The coffee is too strong and the other drinks are too sweet. What's with all that Boba stuff?

Food choices are snacks but okay,, the coffee drinks are amazing, definitely can't get anything anywhere else that tastes like this, very unique flavored coffee.. very good, however, the employees always look like they're super busy, most of the time there's a line, and most of the time there's a wait.. I don't think that I've been to this location one time when there was no wait.. other than that Starbucks itself is amazing 🤩

The new remodel has more space but the awful bar height tables and chairs are terrible and very uncomfortable.

I called them to ask a question and they hung up the first time so I’m thinking it was an accident the second time I called they answered and someone said stop calling Starbucks and hung up in my face like wow I’ve never in my 25 years of life experience this type of customers service I’m speechless

It's always great coffee. Sometimes, when I go there in the afternoon, they always seem to get my order wrong from being in a hurry. Other than that, I have no complaints.

A smile goes a long way. This store didnt offer a very welcoming environment at all.

Sat in line while the car in front of me gossiped with the people working. There were around 20 cars in line by time i was finally able to leave. Thankfully my drink hadn't melted.

When they reintroduce the Christmas menu each year I always order a Sugar Plum Danish at every visit!
