Wow has this Steak and Shake gone downhill over the years, so sad ! We loved coming here every year after going to the walkway of lights,it was our tradition for many years, this will be the last time, their automated service was a pain to use, the food was blah and the service was non existent.

This was delicious. My usual go to is the single garlic steak burger (but please try the double!) The service was great! They jumped right on taking our order (my oldest orders the 7×7 and it isnt on the kiosk).

I will admit, pretty much every time I do a mobile app or go through the drive-through, I have to go back because fries have been forgotten or they made the incorrect milkshakes. Having said that, the food that they do make is always great and the service is excellent! Everyone is so nice and I can’t be mad even if I tried :-) The staff really makes this location.
This is a good spot. Pretty decent service, good quality food for a affordable price. Id argue on par with rallies and for a fast food joint, I'd say that pretty good. Imo. Id hope it keeps up well 🤞🏿

I ordered thru drive thru yesterday, and later that night I ate my burger. Went back to get fries, no fries, only cup of cheese sauce. Then, I tried calling them just now, and the phone rings off the wall!!!! I'm pissed! They weren't even busy to have forgotten my PAID fries!!! Now today June 17, I called Steak n Shake but no one answered. Drove in and went inside with receipt. Manager ended up giving me a large fry and cheese sauce

The food is good. I like that they switched back to beef tallow. I would not call it fast food. They do not start your food until it is ordered. It is disappointing that they cut back on the service, but most places don't know what good service is anyway. I have not had any issues at this location and have been through here often lately. I typically do not like drive-through service, but it has been solid here.
