Easy to find a location. However, that's where the positives for this store end. Service is always very slow, employees are sometimes rude, and prices are ridiculous for the amount of food you get. Overall not a great experience.

I've sat in drive thru for 26 minutes........and still waiting on a 12 inch sub and pretzel!!!! This has taken up my whole lunch!!!! I will NOT BE COMING BACK!! Get more employees at lunch time

The blonde with glasses upfront is kinda rude to you. They just work and talk fast and forget punctuality and mannerisms, rush you along. Just a little uncomfortable with the attitude she had.

Asked for 6in double meat rotisserie this is what I got. Also subway allow military or senior citizen discounts. Only coupons.
I came thru the drive thru window at 5:46 on 1/31/24. I could barely hear the girl waiting on me. It took a long time to get my sandwich. Was really disappointed to say the least, to find it was on the wrong bread and no garlic aoli like requested, not even a napkin in the bag... Sad customer service tonight. I usually go to the north store

Ordered a sandwich online, they completely got it wrong almost all of the toppings wrong. Went there to exchange it, apologized that I had to do it, woman who was working had an attitude with me about it, I work customer service so I understand having a bad day but it was a little uncalled for especially since I was sorry to begin with. She remade my order but did not use the right bread, by the time I realized I figured I didn’t want to be more of a problem and left. Overall disappointing experience.
