What a joke, ordered 2 subs online and picked them up and they hardly had anything on them. We even orded extra, one was supposed to have extra cheese and didn't have any cheese. Definitely will never order from here again 😒

Ordered 12" Turkey and Ham with extra black olives, little onions, extra mayo. What I got was ½ Ham, ½ Turkey with spinach, tomato, and cucumber, NO onions or black olives.
Also ordered 7 cookies only received 6.

The worst subway I’ve ever been in. Lettuce looked DAYS old, no spinach, only bread was wheat, chicken did not taste “right”. Will never. EVER come back.

This is honestly the worst Subway I have ever been to. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub. The girl didn't know how to make it. She made it wrong and had to remake it. I ordered kids meals for my kids. The girl also said she didn't know how to make these. My dad tried to order a sandwich, they were out of several things, and then the girl made his sandwich wrong. I sat down to eat (we were traveling from Illinois back to Michigan) but my dad decided he was fed up and said he was going to run through another drive through. He left me his card so they could process a refund and low and behold, the girl didn't know had to do that either. Another girl came out from the back, apparently new as well. She didn't know anything either so they had to contact management. This is honestly just such poor management. I'm not sure why you would leave the store in the hands of new people that don't even know how to make one of the most signature subs on the menu, kids meals, or even process refunds. Also, they apparently did a bad job at inventory if they were out of everything.

Young girl making the sandwich is absolutely rude and throws the food together like she’s disgusted with it. I really wanted to walk out while she was making it but I’m freaking hungry. She’s clearly had this same attitude problem with other customers according to previous reviews. Quit your job if you hate it so much but don’t make your life choices another persons burden just because you hate your job. Grow up.

Young lady at counter was extremely rude and when I approached counter she stared at me and said what do you want. She then ignored several of my request while preparing my food After ignoring several request she then slid food across counter and walked away to the back of store.

Winter Lily Summer Rain

Wanted to grab a sub. They rushed me to pay for my food, while I was waiting for it to get done. Here’s the kicker all the prices listed in the store are not correct.A turkey fl pro is listed in the store for 11.49. They charged me 13.79. No where is it posted that the price has changed due to inflation. I would not recommend stopping at this subway or the gas station.

I had been in tonight to get my usual sub after school. The women behind the counter while new to the shop had assured me through out my entire ordering process that my sub was a pro, I've order this many times before and what she was making was not a pro. Not only did she lie to me she looked at me when she told the cashier that it was just a regular sub. If I am going after school for my favorite quick bite I will be leaving upon seeing her. I will not be lied to and ignored about asking if a sub was correct.

A little after 1pm on a weekday. I have had a not so pleasurable experience at this Subway before. Been a while so I thought to go back. Subway artist, Regina was very good. Sadly she had let herself run out of some of the basic ingredients. I personally do not care for yellow lettuce. The container was nearly out and watery. Also my sub was left in the cooker a little longer than normal to make it have a crunchy taste/feel. Had two separate sandwiches made for now and later. Very tasty
