I don't know why or what goes on with this location but the atmosphere is unprofessional as well as the attitudes of the managers or manager and the place is ran by teenagers and that does NOT speak profitable proficient or appropriate as there is a female worker there with the worst attitude I have ever experienced me and my girlfriend was just there put in a very simple order and she rather than letting the gentleman at the window deal with it and allow him to explain she cut him off came to the window and interrogated my girlfriend about why her order was wrong then questioned her on why she didnt ring it up correctly so I stepped in quite uos3t and told her we do not work there she then turned to the gentleman and yelled at him in front of us not closing the window and the proceeded to speak poorly about us as she made the food again I hope taco bell takes this very seriously and would like some action against her as nobody should ever have that kind of experience anywhere

Ordered ahead on the app to save time. Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes only to find items missing from the order. Ended up waiting in the store another 15 minutes to get it corrected. No one goes to Taco Bell looking for a gourmet meal, I’m not looking for that either so when it’s no longer quick friendly service it kind of defeats the purpose.

I'll start by saying that waiting 40 minutes for food during the day is absolutely ridiculous. The doritos loco shell was stale as could be. This group could not get anything right. Not to mention, the lobby was pretty much a swimming pool with standing water. Definitely don't see myself coming back to this one.

Food seemed skimpy compared to other locations. The lady on the drive thru speaker seemed distracted. When we pulled around to pick up & pay she was playing games on her phone. Never spoke a single word to us the whole time. No hello, your total is, thank you, have a good night. It was kind of odd and unwelcoming like she just wanted us to go away.

Just went through the drive-through Not long ago. Order was taken fairly fast. Woman upfront Didn’t seem to know how to read the screen or know how to read at all, Had to tell her what her order was….. The fries were old and hard, Our Doritos tacos was cold… not very good service or food….definitely had better from this location. Whoever was working tonight needs to keep up and do better.
When we arrived all the employees were sitting outside and when we got in the drive thru took my order but ignored my partner. Kinda irritating

What is wrong with this store? I waited 26 minutes in line at 2:15 in the afternoon and there were only 4 cars in front of me. My food came out, the chicken in the cantina burrito was completely burnt and hard. The employees are rude, the speed of service is horrid and the food is awful!

Not much to say about this Taco Bell. You won't be surprised by it's service, cleanliness of the restaurant or quality of food. If you've been to one Taco Bell you've been to them all. But it is fast and convenient.

I wish I could seriously give 0 stars, staff is BEYOND rude, two separate times of trying to get food late at night. First time some guy came to the window ( we tried to go through the drive thru and no one answered) drive up to the door and he says “ we’re closed “ it says your open until 5 tho, he just keeps saying they’re closed and no longer taking orders and shuts the window. I can see my order on my screen but whatever, tonight tho we wait in line, come up to the drive thru and he just says “ we’re closed “ we say that we already had a order prior and he just keeps repeating “ we’re closed we’re closed we’re not doing anything else “ and yet we still see that they are giving out food. Horrible service, horrible people, will NEVER be back again. Don’t waste your money, seriously not worth it 🙃
