My son's cfs was overcooked had to be sent back. Everything else was good. Server was very attentive. Music was extremely loud when they started line dancing. Booth we sat at was very crafty around the windows.

Went on a Sunday after church , wish I could remember our servers name but she was Amazing. Im not someone who complains , or requests things or tips poorly but I am very difficult to impress....I left a $50 tip on a $60 bill and fair or unfair argument aside normally I'd have left $10. Food was great as usual but the service is what really impressed me. We did online reservation as we was pulling in and our wait for a table of 4 was about 2min and the place was packed with the after church crowd. UPDATE: Waitress name is Corinne , and if you ask me she's management material

My steak wasnt cooked correctly until it was time to go the drink I ordered isnt what I wanted but what I was stuck with unless I wanted to waste $9!! I will NEVER return

The hostess was very rude, I'm a bigger guy and she was going to put us in a single booth and when we said no she rolled her eyes and sighed then put us in an area where no one was working , after 10 minutes we flagged down another waitress about getting a waitress she told us that she wasn't sure why the hostess sat us there but even though it wasn't her table she would take care of us and she did and we tipped her good for such a great job. She even got us a free onion blossom. She made up for it.
In town for an 1812 event. Stopped in for a late dinner. Seated right away and we had a great server. Ribeye was cooked to perfection. Highly recommended!

Visited on Tuesday, September 30. From the moment I walked in the experience was terrible. Servers are scripted asking questions. They really don’t want answers to. the bartender was absolutely horrific. Ordered a dine in steak along with the takeout order. The takeout order arrived 10 minutes before my dine in it was cold by the time I left would’ve been happy to tell a manager about my experience, but one never showed up avoid! Pretty sure the script is that the manager is supposed to come by right after the server asks you to “cut into the steak to make sure it’s cooked ok.”

The music was so loud, we couldn’t hear each other. The food wasn’t as good as it usually is. There was 7 of us. The server brought 4 rolls for 7. We asked 3 different times for rolls. Never got anymore. A manager came to our table and asked how everything was. We even asked her for rolls. Never got any.

We like this texas roadhouse! The food is always good, and if there’s ever any issues they get it taken care of quickly! The wait time can be long, but I always recommend checking in online then you don’t have to wait inside!
