I went to Wendy's around 330pm (South) I ordered a chilli cheese fries and they was the worst that I have ever gotten the chilli sucked its like all the chilli was, was a bunch of beans for being Wendy's you no they have hamburger but the chilli sure didn't and my chilli cheese fries sucked now I know why I go the Wendy's North!

Fast, friendly service. Only Wendy's I've been to that uses shredded lettuce on their spicy chicken sandwich. Not good.

They need to have people take orders and stop making the customers do their work for them we aint getting a discount so why do we have to do their job before too long they will make us go make the food too
I used to enjoy this place and never had issues with my orders. Having said that since we never had issues before I didn't check my order before we left. This is my fault and I'm not upset at that what I am giving a low rating for is that when I called, I could give my order number and could have recited the while order I was told there was nothing they would do, even though they have camera's and could have looked my order up and seen us on their camera's I didn't have the physical copy still. We spent over 50.00 there in cash and half my husband's food was missing and there was no concern. I am all for confirming we were there but that could have been done, I wasn't calling about an order from days ago it was an order from 20 minutes before I called. Also not like i was claiming the most expensive thing we bought we just wanted the spicy nuggets we paid for. I will not be visiting this Wendy's again.
