I called in my order to be picked up and the lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful while ordering. I mentioned I had a birthday reward, but when my fiancé went to pay we couldn’t use it. We got boneless wings and their chicken was really good, the sauced ones were great, but the dry rubs we had didn’t have enough seasoning on them and they tasted the same even though they were different flavors. We got the pretzel bites as an appetizer and they were rock hard and very crunchy. That was my little birthday treat for myself and I ended up giving them away to someone who would eat them. We’ve eaten at this location 3 times now and have had 1 good experience when we got our food delivered.

We were seated right away and within minutes our wait-person was there. She was very pleasant and returned with our drinks in about 2 minutes. While placing our orders and, since we hadn't been here before, she helped with sides suggestions. We both ordered burgers and fries. Well, my sister went with coleslaw at first but didn't like it so they replaced it with fries, no charge. The burgers were awesome and the fries hot and crispy, perfect! Mine was the Jalapeno-Bacon Burger, my sister had the Loaded Cowboy Burger. I would definitely eat there again, I want to try all their variations on the burgers.

The service was nothing to talk about. First it took awhile to get our order right. Then when they would bring the men another drink they just left all the empty things sitting there so we ran out of room on the table. We could have just walked out without paying because noone was paying attention to bring us our bill.

08/14/25- I read the reviews... honestly if the owner wants a successful business.. be present and observe, mostly in the kitchen i'd say. You have a good location but alotnof empty tables and there is a reason. If you care about your business... start in the kitchen because alot of waste, wait time mistakes and incompetence in my opinion. The waitresses/ waiters aren't to bad. But that kitchen is going to be the down fall.

Got carry out tonight for the second time in a month or so and as always chicken was so hard and overcooked could not even eat it! Also stood at front waiting for about 5 min before anyone showed up!

Have visited this location multiple times it’s always a wait to be seated and another long wait to even get a drink unless the bartender steps out and helps which he has done a couple times to save business….. either need help or need to get it together currently at bdubs less than 10 min food is already being prepared

This place is cool. We usually allow lots of extra time because the service is slow. If you opt for the bar as a faster option, it’s not. Very very very slow in the bar. I’m not sure they have specific bartenders or if it’s just random servers stopping in to check every 15-20 minutes. Food is fine, place is clean, people are friendly.
Went in to eat in the evening 11-25-24: 4 of us were seated by the hostess at a 6 top at the end of the bar. We patient waited for a server maybe 20 min or so. Then a couple was seated at one of the 4 top tables in the bar and was immediately waited on and gave drink orders. We walked out. Servers and bar tender avoided any kind of gestures to get their attention. We felt like we were in the middle of a standoff. Won’t ever go back .
