It's called Sakura now they just haven't gotten rid of this Google entry so I confused the two as separate places. Pretty good, the sesame chicken was pretty crispy instead of being mushy like most places.

Not a bad place.for sushi in Marion, IN. Did the sushi and sashimi dinner. Supposed to have been all fish but had the infamous imitation crab stick and a shrimp.

I got the steak and shrimp hibachi. It came with the thickest egg drop soup I've ever seen. Reminded me of snot( and I'm not a 'texture person'.) 2/10. The vegetables in the hibachi were HARD while the steak was 2 steps past 'well-done'. Unbearably tough. The shrimp was good though.

The food was pretty good. I would have rated them higher if they hadn't served it to me with a hair on my plate. To be fair it was a small hair. I would guess eyebrow maybe. I had the Hibachi Salmon lunch special. The salmon was delicious. The side veggies were good as well and properly cooked. The only negative was the hair on my plate. Once I saw it I stopped eating.I will chance a return visit to give them a second chance. Oh yeah, I got Japanese spring rolls as an appetizer. They were very good as well.

We had the Imperial Hibatchi dinner and it was wonderful. I was so glad not to get the "hibachi show" and just get my food. I love hibachi but the show part annoys me. I know all the jokes...they the same all over the country so this was awesome. The only thing that really bothered me about this restaurant was that their phone would ring and announce the caller ID. That needs to be shut off or at least turned down...it was loud. One thing to note...Yamato is no longer the name...it is Sakura or something like that.

I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is great and the food is amazing. The Crab Rangoons hands down are the best I’ve ever had. I have no shame in ordering three orders for myself as my meal. Fried rice with yummy sauce, shrimp , sushi or sweet and sour chicken I’ve had about everything off the menu and everything is delicious.
