Vinatellis Italian Cafe

Placed our orders and after 20ish minutes they brought out 3 of the 4 meals and informed us they didn't make our chicken parm and it would be another 40 minutes so placed another (quicker order). Over heard the waitress telling another table the same thing. Also everyone ordered individual garlic bread and it never came with any of our meals. We even asked the waitress twice to remind her. If it was busy, I'd maybe understand, but there were only 3 tables with people eating. When we asked about the garlic bread when we paid the bill, the waitress just said "sorry" and walked off as she tossed an empty to-go box on the table. No drink refills were offered, no checking up on us, no manager to check, and no refund for the missing bread. Absolutely horrendous and rude service for Medicare food. We will not be back.

Wow! We had a great 1st experience here! We couldn’t have asked for better service from Adam, who appeared to be the only server during our visit, but he kept up with everything just fine! He knew how to hustle to meet expectations and was super friendly. The garlic knots are a MUST! Breads are made in house & are delicious! We split the super deluxe pizza & a deluxe baked penne pasta which were both great and still had quite a bit leftover to take home. We live 25 minutes away & will definitely be coming back!

We really like the food. We always stop there on our way home from Indianapolis. Food is very good and the price is affordable. We have had the garlic knots, pizza, calzones and pasta bakes none of them have disappointed .

We stopped for a Friday evening meal of Chicken Parmisian and Lasagna . What a pleasant surprise! So flavorful! Nice portions, here in Markle. We've lived locally for 4 years and haven't been here! Wow what a meal. Try it for a very pleasant surprise. I've found my favorite local place

Stopped here when we were on our way to Ohio and the service was amazing! Food was delicious! And it was a very nice and quiet atmosphere!! Would highly recommend to anyone!! PS the calzones were top notch!

First of all I want to say that Melissa our waitress did an excellent job. Next about the food. Two of us had the lunch lasagna dinner. The noodles had a strange taste and the sauce tasted like it was straight out of the can like it had not simmered with any seasoning. I would give it a 3 at best my sister gave it a 5. Onto the meatball sandwich. The meatballs were dry not any sauce on them. Looked like out of a bag. Salads were good. Breadsticks just ok. I was meeting my two sisters and this location was about half way. Usually we meet in Ft.Wayne and go to Casa's. I picked Vinatelli's after reading all the good reviews. Probably won't return.

My husband and I were passing through for business/work and decided to randomly stop in and we are glad that we did! The garlic knots were the best I’ve ever had and that garlic butter was perfect! To add the icing to the cake we ordered the best chicken, bacon ranch sandwich! God must’ve made that bread in that kitchen because it was phenomenal! So soft & the entire sandwich just melts in your mouth!

Subs were amazing. Stopped for lunch on a girls' trip and were not disappointed. Salad was fresh, bread soft and flavorful. Great lunch specials. Would stop again if traveling through.

Checked all online platforms and indicators showed they were open. Once we arrived there was a paper sign on the door that said they decided to close last minute. Absolutely fine, just wish it would have been communicated online so we would not have driven out of our way to go.

Vinatelli's is a hidden gem at exit 286 on I-69 at Markle. The garlic knots melt in your mouth. The calzone was fabulous. All the bread is made in house so anything doughy here is worth getting.
