Go in, be nice and they will take care of you. We had a blast. It is a bit expensive but worth it. Just let them know if you need something and they got ya.

Our stay at the Turkey Run Inn was very nice. However, the Narrows Restaurant was a disappointment. The prices were about 20 percent higher than other restaurants in the area. The portions were meager by most standards.Other places in the area are a gas station across the road from the park for sandwiches and "Rural Indiana" atmosphere. A NICE place. Also the "Past Time Cafe" in Rockville is a 15 minute drive for a menu with wide variety and reasonable prices and large farmhouse portions. Try the Walleye for a real treat.

I think this is the one area where Turkey run is missing out. It’s the only restaurant at the park and anywhere nearby. Beautiful setting. Had 4 meals during my stay. All buffet and appeared to be overpriced. Place was clean, and even though it was severely understaffed, everyone worked together and made it a good experience. Only food options was a buffet. Buffet was clean and full of food. Just everything that could be overcooked and dry was. It was easily edible but just for the price point and location, it should have been much better.

Typical food choices for an eatery within a state park. Quality was average, but none the less it was good food. The server was very friendly and attentive. We would certainly come back again if we returned to the park.

After a long day of hiking, we were too tired to cook at camp, so we decided to let The Narrows restaurant do the cooking. What a wonderful experience! We enjoyed GREAT food & had the BEST waitress! Misty was very attentive to our needs. She connected with us & gave us the most memorable experience. We'll definitely be back!

At approx $25/pp, the buffet was the only option when we dined. Food was just ok, service was lacking, and things went from bad to worse when we were given our total and then told to wait to check out (because we never got the check). I'd say $10-15/pp is more inline with the food and service here, lesson learned, we won't be going back.Parking: Free parking once you pay to get into the park.

We did not enjoy our meal here, but it was raining and we decided to stay and eat in the Lodge. The server was delightful - although overworked. She was "take charge" and seemed to make decisions easily. (They ran out of soup and she gave me a free salad instead.) She had been working a very long day. Sandwiches were good, dinner meats not so much.

Only serving buffet. Breakfast was well worth it.

The Inn ambience is nice but the buffet in the restaurant is fair to be generous. It is an average salad bar. The chicken is dry. The vegetables were mushy . The fish was over cooked . A few items were unidentifiable and we had to ask what they were. They do not label the buffet items. The price was high for the cafeteria quality food .

The food was good and well prepared. I got a cheeseburger and chips which I thought were pretty good. My mother had the fried chicken and it was definitely something I'd recommend. The breading sticks and it was crispy and juicy. The steamed carrots were also really good. I despise steamed carrots with a burning passion but these I could actually enjoy! Good job!The breakfast selection was also really nice and the prices were very reasonable. If you like standard Midwestern fare and you don't want to have to drive 20 minutes in any direction, this is a nice place to load up on calories before or after a long hike. When you factor in things like the distance you'll need to drive and lost time, the prices are more than reasonable.I'll definitely to adding this to the top of my list next time I find myself hungry after a hike.

Sunday buffet was pricey, and most of the food was not good.

We stayed at the Turkey Run lodge and had one meal at the buffet due to convenience. Th bar was set really low due to thr reviews. Salad bar was ok. Hot food was bad…. Some unidentifiable fried thing (was it meat?) really bad chicken and way over cooked canned beans and corn. PLEASE don’t waste your money at this place. The gas station down the road has pretty good cooked to order food at a fraction of the cost.

This was the worst breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. Everything looked and tasted like it was leftovers from another day that were warmed back up. The potatoes were soggy, the biscuits were hard has hockey pucks, even the pancakes were awful. We complained to the waitress who deducted 50% from the bill, but it was still vastly overpriced even at 50%.

Buffet only on Sundays. The oatmeal cake was good, as were the fried biscuits. Green beans were ok, but barely warm. The rest of the food looked old and dried put. The beef and noodles were terrible - tasted burned and shouldn't have been served. Butter looked like it had melted and re-solidified. Corn pudding was cold, and corn was hard. Iced tea was very good, as was the service. The buffet was pricey, with a very limited selection of poorly cooked food. Have eaten off the menu before, and it was good, but it wasn't available. Too bad, because the buffet was terrible!

Fairly expensive, no breakfast included, ADA room not fully ADA compliant, broken glass on our hotel room floor, only a few squares of toilet paper left on the only roll in our room, wifi doesn't work consistently and the outdoor pool costs extra money even for hotel guests. Restaurant on site looked so horrible I didn't even think about trying it. Just so unimpressed. Also the room was so hot even with the ac on full blast. Whole building has a smell of musty mildew. Saw several dead cockroaches in building. Our favorite part of the stay was our kids winning a rubber duck from the "play until you win" claw machine in the game room. Sofa beds so very uncomfortable. Two stars instead of one because I guess the regular beds were okay and I liked there was a microwave in the room.
