Took 45 min for my drive-thru order. And when it was done they gave it to the wrong person so I got stuck waiting even longer. If you want actual fast food go somewhere else

Went to spend time with my sister. They charged me extra 10 cents for onion rings but I didn't get a meal so it was not a substitute. Burger King charges extra for way too many things. I never get extra lettuce or onion anymore because they charge an extra 70 cents for some but don't know which until I see the receipt. Whoppers are still delicious though.

Every time I give this place a chance it goes wrong somehow. They either fill my milkshake only halfway, give me a serious tone and attitude, or just give me cold food.

I am a Martinsville native and I don’t usually eat here because I always have bad experiences…I try to give everyone second chances because I work in this industry but my visit last night was more of the same…mediocre food, poor service and hospitality. I sat at the window for a decent amount of time watching employees including the manager sit there on their phones instead of attending to the guest (me). Fries were warm at best and I was missing my sauces and when I asked “Jaydain” for my sauces at the window she kind of half threw them at me and said “have a nice night” super fast and slammed the window. I also was asking about the product at the speaker cuz I had a question about the meat and no one could answer my questions. I would also like my nuggets to be hot in the future. I’m very disappointed in Matt and crew. I don’t know Matt very well but I know he wants his team to do better than this.
Listen people go to fast food and expect it to be done in under 30 seconds to a minute!(that’s scary) But out of all the Burger King, I’ve been to Martinsville Indiana. Burger King has always been amazing. Amazing service amazing food perfect every time.

The staff was really nice but this had to be one of the slowest “fast food” restaurants ever…and it was 4pm (not like 1am and they suddenly had a rush). That was the time I got the food. I was in line starting at 3:42 PM.
