They are slow half the people do not know how to multitask I know I should not have to spend 17 to 20 mins for my order to be placed and made with no other customers if busy maybe

Service was really slow, couple of employees arguing about a shut off printer, seemed like everyone had items missing and the Fries were way over salted. Not the usual Burger King we go to so it makes me appreciate our local BK more

The worst service I have ever had. Ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and coffee. 20+ minutes to wait. Watched half dozen cars get served through the drive threw. Nobody had a clue what was going on. Finally got my food. Food was good. Next person another 25 minutes to get his food. It is a shame that service is so poor.

2pm on a Saturday. Nobody in the drive thru line. Martinsville, Indiana. Ordered Whopper w/cheese & small fries. Got to the pickup window and was told by the manager that I had to wait on the fires and for me to drive around to the other side of building. Waited TWELVE minutes. Went in (a bit angry), waited EIGHT MINUTES for someone to acknowledge me, and also watched FOUR drive thru orders being filled with fries. When I finally got the manager I demanded they make me a new sandwich. The one they made me had sat in a bag now for TWENTY minutes. She was not pleased and pulled an attitude on me. Threw the bag at me and walked away. If this is the “new normal” it will be my last visit to a Burger King. Very disappointed.

Everyone was kind and worked with a smile on their face.
Took 45 min for my drive-thru order. And when it was done they gave it to the wrong person so I got stuck waiting even longer. If you want actual fast food go somewhere else

I went to Burger King an hour and a half before they closed and for a m fry with my meal and they were Rock hard cold fries and there very few fries also

Went to spend time with my sister. They charged me extra 10 cents for onion rings but I didn't get a meal so it was not a substitute. Burger King charges extra for way too many things. I never get extra lettuce or onion anymore because they charge an extra 70 cents for some but don't know which until I see the receipt. Whoppers are still delicious though.
