Great service. Food was subpar. Salad was poor quality. Big chunks of lettuce hearts. Barely any chicken and chicken was dried out. They don't use avocado anymore, just salty teaspoon of guacamole. I wouldn't look for this as future option.

Over the last few years, the food here has gone up and down depending on who is running the grill. Unfortunately, while the food quality here has been improving steadily, Chili's corporate has made a number of unfortunate decisions.
The most recent change was the removal of the Texas dry rub for their ribs, which was the only rib seasoning we liked. It looks like they got rid of all rib options other than their house BBQ, so no honey chipotle or anything else, either.

The smash burger and potato soup was very tasty. We love getting the 3 for Me option. Great price!
This Chili’s is a good half way point between Indianapolis and Bloomington so we can meet friends. We definitely will be back.

Wonderful experience food was great, My daughter had an issue with under cooked steak, It was addressed with no issues. the manager himself cooked it. Discounted her meal and gave her gift cards for future use. I feel they went above and beyond to make things right, and the waitress was perfect. We will be going nack.
