Service at the bar table was good. Food came out warm, looked, and tasted as expected. If you're cold natured, I'd bring a light jacket. There was a small wait during peak Friday hours, so plan ahead. It's a solid spot for mid-range, Martinsville eats.

Not a good experience! Ordered potato soup it was super runny with no flavor. Can tell they added water to it and took forever to get. After waiting an hour we asked how much longer for dinner. Food hadn’t even been sent in. Server was more worried about leaving for the night than taking care of us. Came in at 8pm. They don’t close until 10pm. Server transferred our table to another server so she could leave. Could not leave review on kiosk for experience with server change, as we didn’t want to give bad review under new server. We love Chilis in Franklin. This one not so much.

Chips were the only good thing about the meal. Salsa was embarrassing for $5.99, soup tasted like a mixture of snot and depression somehow, salad was incredibly small and the ranch tasted like water and buttermilk.

Overall, this is a pretty good location. It was a little busy when we were there but the food came out quick and all the staff was friendly.
Chili's in Martinsville has came a long way as I used to HATE going there and NOW it's one of our favorite restaurants. The waiters and waitresses are top notch. Most of the managers are super friendly and want to ensure your satisfaction. Don't like that children can sit in the bar area, not at the bar, but that has nothing to do with Chili's. The food is usually amazing- the 3 for me (steak) is favorite- definitely try the corn ? on the cob. My husband says the wings are the best around. Meals are reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
