So disappointed in our Culver’s. After multiple of not getting our order right we always check before we leave. Just got ready to eat a tasty fish sandwich and they forgot to put the fish in it. ?

Friendly staff, the order was exactly right. Sauce and all, fries were hot but salty, cheese curds were warm but cheese was solid inside. The butter burger was just plain cold. Wrapped it up to eat when we got home and the cheese was cold, never melted at all, not even in the middle. It’s a shame the burger was cold because the service was great. *Martinsville store

I went through the drive thru and it had taken forever. It was apparent the gal that had taken my order was new. She was either not properly trained or retention skills are just not there. Asked for extra cheese and received a side of cheese. Requested marinara and received cocktail sauce. Made a mess eating on the road only to find I didn't get napkins with my order.

Don’t pull forward in the drive thru. Sat for 20 minutes and then they didn’t know my order despite producing the post it note with order number. Had to recite entire order only to be refunded minus the tax Culvers charged for services not rendered. Will not return
