Asked for a 5 piece Nashville Hot Tender and ranch with a large Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew. Was told that he could “put Nashville sauce on there but we don’t have any Nashville Hot Chicken”. Had to pull around to a parking spot despite being the only person at the establishment, both inside and in the drive through. When I finally got my food, they had not given any Nashville Hot sauce or ranch, the chicken was almost like rubber and inedible, and the Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew was nothing but carbonation. All in all, I threw every bit of it away and went to the McDonald’s up the road from there.

Packed, I knkw that's not there fault but the way they handled it was. Food was very sub par and the just isn't worth going back anytime soon. I'll give it time for new employees and try again I guess. P.S. they got our order wrong and acted like it was our fault?!

Food was all cold. Had to wait for it to be brought out to a parking space after ordering. No one was even in line or at the restaurant. Asked for honey they said they could give 5 packs. Got 4 packs. They didn’t have enough money in the cash register to give enough change back. The fry container was MAYBE half full. You decide if you want to eat here. I’d drive the extra couple miles to go to the other one…. What a joke

Went to drive thru at martinsville, in - KFC tonight they were out of original chicken employee generously compensated me for the inconvenience. Very appreciative of the gesture hats off to their great service !!!

At 3:35 pm I Spent $40 and asked for 2 Mac n cheese 1 mash potatoes and mountain dew with the meal. They gave me no mountain dew after asking for it 3 times and he kept "forgetting" and ended up getting 1 Mac n cheese, 1 mash, and slaw with a half a container of gravy... told me i couldnt have dark meat because its "peak hour" even though i was the inly one there...not from this state and will never recommend anyone to come to this KFC.
In a franchise where everything should be the same, this place stands out for the incredibly kind and wonderful People that work there! This atmosphere and the food I give 5 stars.

The manager here is amazing. He always has a huge smile and his customer service is unmatched. The young man has continually made my experience here amazing just by being himself. I wanted to take the time to write a review and give him praise because I’ve honestly never seen someone be so consistently nice and professional in such a way. He makes my day every time I come here and the food is always out in a timely manner. This guy should be like a corporate training manger in my opinion his attitude is infectious and the entire crew here at this KFC are always amazing I appreciate all their hard work immensely -Tyler

Had to wait 11 minutes after online order time said to be there. Fries were cold, asked for hot fries and was served from same batch I had watched them bag food 11 minutes earlier. Ordered meal and did not get drink.
