We waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. Finally gave up and left without getting food. The only other car in the drive through also never got food. They were apparently out of Dr. Pepper and every side except for fries. Terrible experience, do not waste your time.

My husband and I are lunch there last week. Within an hour I got sick with intestinal issues. Layer that evening my husband had the same problem I had. When the food was served I told my husband that the fries and hush puppies smelled weird. I ate 2 fries and couldn't eat aby more due to the smell and taste. I don't know if the products were bad or the oil they used for frying was bad but something was wrong. In addition every ketchup bottle they had was empty to the point that you could barely squeeze any ketchup out. When we requested more ketchup we were given another mostly empty bottle. I would've been embarrassed to do that to a customer. Something is definitely wrong at this Long John Silvers location.

Horrible experience. I'm vertically challenged yet the kiosks were too low for me, thus hard to use. My companion and her father also had trouble using it. The lead, Kevin, sent another customer away from the register, refusing his order. That customer left. After my order was placed, the kiosk advised to request the receipt at the register. My fish came up, with zero crumbs. When I asked for some, a red haired girl quietly added a small basket. That was fine. My companion asked if crumbs no longer come with meals. Kevin stated you get two scoops, that's the policy. Fine. We went to sit down to eat. I noticed we hadn't gotten receipts, to do surveys for the free fish and side with purchase of drink. Went to the register to ask. Kevin stated no receipts are given. When I pointed out the kiosk indicated they could be had at the register, Kevin doubled down that no receipts were available. I saw my friend's receipt still on the register, so reached out and took it. Kevin shouted at me, swatted ay my hand, hitting his on the counter. He then charged out, ordering all three of us out, demanding we leave. He accused my friend of being rude, aggressive, and me of hitting him while I took the receipt. I'm sixty-two years old, five three in heels. Kevin is maybe thirties, a good ten to twelve inches taller and out weighs me by a hundred pounds. I would never try to hit anyone who looks like an old school linebacker, much less a restaurant worker, however obstreperous. After shouting at us for some time, and denying any responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction, Kevin stated he would call his manager on us, then disappeared in the back. He came out a few minutes later and apologized for being aggressive and shouting. 0/10 will NOT visit that Long John Silver's ever again. Imagine, he chased off customer number four, shouted down customers one, two and three.

My wife and I had a serious craving for beer battered fish and chips. We were in a hurry and hadn't had Long John Silver's in a very long time. We thought, why not?!?! We stopped here and the staff was friendly and fast. We satisfied our craving and realized we should not wait so long for a return trip.

We ate at Long John Silvers tonight. $29 for 2 people. 3 pc fish coleslaw hush puppies and beverage. The fish was cold-ish not hot out of the fryer? There were only two tables inside. I’m sad, I wanted it to be good, like my memories.
Horrible hush puppies, why did you screw with that recipe? They use to be delightful little deep fried cornbread. There is only a tiny bit of cornbread and rolled in krispy stuff that make it so weird. Gross!
Come on LJS, you can and should do way better.

I get the 15pc battered shrimp with a side of green beans. Drive thru is quick, food is always good/hot/fresh. Cocktail sauce is good with the shrimp!

I used to eat long John silvers a lot as a child. They are for a while. I felt like the food and service just got worse. My Husband ❤️💍 was craving longjohns so we went got a mixture of the fish and the chicken along with hush puppies, coleslaw and waffle fries and I’ve gotta say it seems the recipes are back to normal like when I was a child. If you get the chicken and like cocktail sauce, that mixture to me is my favorite.
