We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru after we ordered. Food eventually came out cold. Several times they brought the wrong food to the car. My husband went in side to ask about our order because several cars behind us had gotten their food and the woman behind the counter rudely stated “YEAH BECAUSE I HAVEN’T SENT THE ORDER OUT YET!”to be clear, It wasn’t the cashier because she’s the one who went to ask. It was a woman in the back. Definitely lost our business. It seems poorly managed.

Cheyenne not only gave us great customer service and amazing attitude, she went above and beyond to make us happy. There’s not allot of place with good customer service anymore, but we left very happy. Thanks again for the egg McMuffins.

Came in with my son for lunch… the “Ketchup station” was disgustingly filthy, no napkins ketchup pump was sticky and gross. The ladies washroom sink was plugged and the trash was overflowing our section we sat in, had food all over the walls, drips, and smears of food everywhere!! They need better janitorial services in that establishment!
