We love the chicken. However we have had 2 instances in the past couple of months where we placed an online order and they were out of chicken when we got to the restaurant. The first time, they gave our order to someone else and this time they didn't cook the chicken when we placed our order. We were given a 20 minute wait when we placed the order and it was going to be another 20 minutes when we got there for the pickup.

While traveling through the area, we looked for a place that could satisfy my food restrictions. Reviews said it wasn't a chain establishment and served chicken. Turns out it was perfect! Sgt Peppers was clean with plenty of seating for all group sizes, even a few tables outside which we used. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Serving sizes were generous! I ordered grilled chicken that came out tender and flavorful, I didn't need sauce at all. While I didn't get the homemade chips, I will next trip! They looked so amazing, staring at me through the hot case. This will be our new food stop when traveling down south.

Once again, Sgt. Pepper's has failed. I placed an online order for pickup at 6pm. When we arrived to pick it up, it wasn't ready until 6:20pm. I previously posted about not receiving the correct number of dipping sauces for the chicken strips, even though we have repeatedly told them that a 7 piece gets TWO dipping sauces and a four piece gets ONE sauce. This is posted right behind their cash register!! Every order we place is the same and every time they give us only two dipping sauces. It's a small thing but it's something that they should not fail at, especially when a simple meal (without drinks) is $33. Once again, on today's order they shorted us a sauce. Fortunately we caught it and got the extra sauce before we left. So frustrating and definitely time to find a new restaurant.

They catered my wedding and were fantastic! We got chicken tenders, fried potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green beans, salad and Italian beef. They were great to work with and would use them in the future. I highly recommend them, we had 80 people and the food was a hit! Five stars all the way!!!!!
