Solid Starbucks run. Drinks were made right and came out fast, but nothing that blew my mind. Service was decent friendly but a little rushed. Atmosphere was calm enough, though not really a place I’d hang out for long. Prices are doing Starbucks things (aka a little high), but overall it gets the job done for a quick takeout stop.

when I placed a mobile order, I told her it was ready and she gave the attitude and told me that I should wait longer then I got my drink and it did not taste like there was any sweetness or flavoring. It wasn’t good and it wasn’t nice.

Shout Out To Martinsville Starbuck to Samantha Martin & David Betanzo(David Hope I spelled you name right)Just wanted to say these two workers will go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. They actually take the time to get to know their customers and will actually call you by your first name; but not only that they know exactly how you order your Drinks. Honestly you don't find people in restaurants that actually care about their customers and take the time to speak and make your day start out on a positive outlook ; no matter what kind of mood you are in... Keep on doing what you do because it does matter and customers notice!!! These two need an Above & Beyond Award.

I ordered a vente white chocolate caramel cappuccino and when I got it the cup was barely half full. There was no white chocolate or Carmel flavor. It tasted like a nasty cup of strong black coffee. The other drink we ordered wasn't made right either. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Asked for drink to be made with lighter amount of ice and they refused!! Didn’t ask for no ice. Just a lighter amount of ice and they still refused!! 7.50 for a drink and that’s how they treat you. I didn’t buy anything from them nor would I. There’s a reason Starbucks is hurting so bad. Won’t be back to this location in Martinsville IN!!
