This place has been out of soft drinks for over a week. How does a brand new Taco Bell not have soft drinks or slushies for going on two weeks during the busiest season of the year. Corporate needs to get this under control.

I just went to the Martin'sville Taco Bell .. ordered 3 chicken fajitas & one taco supreme meal... It comes with a drink.. they had no soda .. so wasn't going to get one but when checking the screen in the drive thru it had on there a cup of ice . I said hey I will take that cup of ice .. my house burnt up & I'm over at the hotel and I do have one soda left .. the young man said he was sorry my house burnt down & I said thank you I appreciate it.. so I get my money out get up to the window and he asked me what my order was so I told him & had my hand out of the window with money in hand & he told me there was no charge because of my situation with my house... I told him no here is the money & they wouldn't take it and of course it made me cry... Here's a picture of the receipt... Sorry I was hungry and ate my food down and forgot to take pictures but it was delicious... I just wanted everyone to know the kindness I was shown today by people that don't know me... Thank you for your kindness it was deeply appreciated ❤️👍 I hope the owner knows they have kind compassionate people working there ...so if your out & about I highly recommend you go to Taco Bell it's delicious and great people.. Thank you so much🤗

It was the worst taco bell experience I ever had. I waited an hour for my food and then when I asked for fresh fries, which I specifically asked for while waiting for all the items they were out of or cooking, I was argued with saying they were fresh. They were cold and no warmth to them at all. After waiting another ten minutes, they still hadn't even dropped the fries to make it right. I was given coupons after over and hour of Waiting and finally just left. Not once was I offered a refund for over an hour of waiting for fast food that when I got wasn't even fresh, which they said they had no steak, so why was the steak cold???
Taco bell now officially sucks! I was trying to see what’s on the menu, HOWEVER, all the screens above the counter magically no longer show all of the food items! I simply was interested ONLY IN THE BOX COMBOS! Nope they just had “pictures”, you cant just see them on the stupid idiot kiosk, NOPE! Me standing at counter i was just ignored because, no more customer relations! So ill now go and eat at other businesses as they have raised their prices going to a sit down mexican restaurant is similarly priced!
They have the chili cheese burrito, need to ask for it.

I got like little more food and that was good but I got the cinnamon boms anf they was nothing but grease anf the was not cinnamon on them!!! They was so nasty didn't even eat the!!!!!
