Was absolutely awful! We were traveling thru and stopped for the crunch wraps and burritos. They tasted like cleaner! We couldn't even eat them, the smell amd taste was awful. We couldn't return them because we were only traveling thru, were too far ahead before we dug in and would not be heading this way again. We got sick with the bites we took! Becareful food was NOT good here!!!

The food tasted good of course, however they forgot to give me a fork for my chicken bowl, and didn't add in the sauce packets that were on my order ticket 😭

This place has been out of soft drinks for over a week. How does a brand new Taco Bell not have soft drinks or slushies for going on two weeks during the busiest season of the year. Corporate needs to get this under control.

I just went to the Martin'sville Taco Bell .. ordered 3 chicken fajitas & one taco supreme meal... It comes with a drink.. they had no soda .. so wasn't going to get one but when checking the screen in the drive thru it had on there a cup of ice . I said hey I will take that cup of ice .. my house burnt up & I'm over at the hotel and I do have one soda left .. the young man said he was sorry my house burnt down & I said thank you I appreciate it.. so I get my money out get up to the window and he asked me what my order was so I told him & had my hand out of the window with money in hand & he told me there was no charge because of my situation with my house... I told him no here is the money & they wouldn't take it and of course it made me cry... Here's a picture of the receipt... Sorry I was hungry and ate my food down and forgot to take pictures but it was delicious... I just wanted everyone to know the kindness I was shown today by people that don't know me... Thank you for your kindness it was deeply appreciated ❤️👍 I hope the owner knows they have kind compassionate people working there ...so if your out & about I highly recommend you go to Taco Bell it's delicious and great people.. Thank you so much🤗
