They didn't even come to the register for 15 minutes and I didn't have a card for the kiosk so I had to ask someone to order my food for me so I could eat. We stopped here before a school event so it's not like I could leave and go to a different restaurant.

I immediately judge a fast food restaurant by its cleanliness. This one failed miserably. It was early in the day when we stopped in and the plane was trashed. Dining room had food and trash on the floor. Walls were splattered with messes. The restrooms were unclean and not maintained. The serving counter was streaked and filmy. It was not a clean and inviting space at all. The sad part is that it had recently been remodeled. It's sad that businesses will hire managers that don't put presentation and cleanliness above "completing the order," and reducing wait time. I'm not a racoon and I don't eat out of dumpsters. Shut this place down for a weekend and scrub it top to bottom. 🤮

Went through the drive through and got a single with cheese combo, used my frosty key tag and had to get vanilla as the chocolate machine was down. Food was cooked well and was tasty.

The night crew seems to think it's ok to shut it all down early and turning guests away. Happens all week long. Ridiculous and pathetic!! Get people that know how to work a buisness! Came through here 3 times in a week's time after work and they shut everything down early. Suppose to close at midnight. Not 11:25

I’m so so I kid this Wendy’s location not being open when they claim they are going to be. They close their lobby everytime drive thru gets busy but that’s not even the part I’m upset about. I work for a competitor in town and when I get off I want to get my Dave’s double and my baked potato but when I pull up at 11:20pm and you claim to be open til midnight and all your lights are off and you are closed. This happened 3 times in the last month and I’m pretty pissed off. I love Wendy’s food but you gotta stay open til midnight if that’s what your windows posters and google say you’re open til. I had to go to Burger King because of this and I hate BK I’d rather eat Wendy’s. This Wendy’s is horribly run and needs new management ASAP.

I came here at 7:18 pm. Doors are locked, so I had to go through the drive thru. They told me they couldn't break $100 bill. I'm sorry, but that is unacceptable. They're is NO way a restaurant doesn't have change for a $10 sandwich at 7:20!!! This location has lost my business.
