Typical McDonald’s except that the people in the first drive through window are always rude (typically teenagers). When you say thank you or anything else to them they just look at you like you’re an idiot and say nothing back. I’ll just go to Culver’s or Chick-fil-A for now on.

The food is consistently pretty good bc McDonald’s has it down. But the service here is terrible. 10% success rate on getting my order correct, which most of the time is very simple, just a mcchicken and McDouble and that’s it. Using the codes only seems to confuse the employees even more to the point where I have stopped using them because it’s not worth saving $0.75 to not get what I ordered.

Went through drive thru ordered 2 cheeseburger meal large got 2 buns with cheese a pickle and ketchup but no burger . .how do you mess up that badly ?

This was the slowest Happy Meal order I’ve ever experienced. Not only did it take an unusually long time, but the order was also incomplete—two items were missing, so we had to wait even longer.

When we finally got home, we discovered that two out of the three Happy Meals were still made incorrectly.

It’s incredibly frustrating. At this point, robots might do a better job—because the staff clearly struggled to follow a simple order.

McDonald's on Olio, what the heck is your problem?? A cashier called my 14 year old daughter stupid! We did a mobile order for $70 and sent the girls there to pick up the food. They say it wasn't paid. You can't even complete a mobile order without paying but okay sure. We sent a copy of the receipt showing it was paid. We showed them on the app where the order says paid in full. We sent a pic of our bank register to show it came out of our bank account 20 minutes ago. They refuse to make the order. We asked how we will get our money back and they said contest it with my bank. Since our girls are up there on their scooters we went ahead and reorded with my wife's iphone. 🙄 Literally receipt in hand, and receipt on the app in real time right in front of them. Since it's an issue on their end, I cannot believe they refused to make it right. There McDonald's for gosh sake. I hope the owner has nextdoor and sees this. Btw last year I did an app order and then they just said it never came through. More or less the same situation I had the receipt. But I had went to the drive-thru so I just went on home and then called corporate. And they said the same thing basically get bent that's your problem. I already don't go The Pendleton Pike McDonald's because they are the slowest McDonald's in the history of the world. I would just order in person at the store to avoid this issue but you get a better deal through the app. We got $10 off in addition to the buy one get one half off thing that they do. McDonald's why??
