I only ever get drinks here but the staff has always been nice to me. sometimes the sweet tea can taste slightly funny but other than that I like it

When you order with their app you get amazing food and pretty good service however they close the dining room whenever they feel like it. I then sat in their drive through for 5 minutes before anyone noticed me, then they made me wait another 2 minutes before taking my order, but food tasted good.

Do not eat at this olio location They are easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced in my + 60 years They were so bad I don’t plan to ever go back to a McDonald’s. Went thru dive thru ordered 2 kids meal chicken nuggets and 2 fish filets Got home no chicken nuggets in either box called them After ringing for about 5 minutes a recording came on saying the number wasn’t in service Drove there got out of the car to walk in with crutches due to a broken ankle guy was there complaining he was shorted at the drive thru Lady walked away and he had to flag down another person finally a lady walks buy and I ask her if she can help me I explained the issue and that I wanted a refund as we had already done something different for dinner she said the manager had to help me She told a lady that I assumed was the manager She kept filling drive thru orders when she did come to the front I asked her if she could help me no response she goes back to filling drive thru orders A young man takes an order out to drive thru customer I asked him odd he could have the manager come see me He untold net she snapped at him and continued bagging drive thru orders finally she comes to me Despite speaking very little English she never said sorry for the issue or sorry about the wait I gave her my receipt she proceeds to type everything in the register I said I don’t understand what you are doing I just wanted a refund A customer behind me in line explained this is how they have to give a refund once the managers done at the register she asks me for my card she taps it inserts it and it doesn’t appear to be working She disappears out of view in the kitchen About 5 minutes later she returns and is on her cell phone By this time I’ve wasted about 30 minutes standing with crutches I ask the manager for my car and leave To the employees at this location….please go work for someone that is dedicated to serving the customer You don’t have to work for incompetent and rude people Every business has help wanted signs up You can work for a much better person than what you’re experiencing

They messed up my order. My frappe has no sugar in it and tastes horrible. They no longer have a self serve so you cant even get any. They are more concerened with door dash then customers. Loud teenagers hanging out being rude to other costumers.. I waited 15 min. For my order then another 10 for what they fogot. With these prices you are better to go to a real resturaunt...

Second time I buy ice cream in this store, and I don't know why they give me half the glass of ice cream, it is preferable that they not sell ice cream if they are going to deny it to the customer, apart from the fact that it takes more than 30 minutes
