There was an issue with my delivery order. I called and they immediately went above and beyond to fix the problem. Very impressed with their customer service! The pizza was good too!

I had the Shaq pizza from the store off 96th and it was delicious so tonight I ordered from this store since it’s close to home. So disappointed. It’s just a cold, flat greasy pizza. Luckily the breadsticks were good but I won’t be ordering from there again.

Pizza is what you expect. The staff however - HOLY CRAP… This is consistently one of the worst experiences on all levels every time I’ve chosen to use them. Really sucks because it’s one of the closest to us and I’d rather drive out of my way just to avoid this place.
Whoever operates this place needs to get their priorities straight.

Half of our order was missing, and it took more than half an hour waiting on the phone to speak to a half-baked strung out manager who showed any sense of responsibility for their job, just to not receive the other half of my order.

Clearly operated by a non caring franchisee. Probably explains the "B" grade in the window. Understaffed, non engaged, unsupervised crew of three for a Saturday night. No customer service, no cashier to address the 7 person deep line (and growing), waiting for over an hour for a "quick pickup special" but one of the kids took the time to sweep yet not make eye contact with the line, talented. No gloves, no hair net, no condiments, no concern. No more business from my family or anyone that I know. Good luck with this location.
None of the prep employees were wearing gloves, one had hair flying around which should have been in a net and no one greeted customers as they came in except for one driver waiting for his delivery order. The food was overcooked, bread sticks were dry and chewy and they were very stingy with the meat on the pizza.

I love papa John's, we go often they have good deals. Our last visit they were understaffed so there was a line and everyone was in the back trying to keep up with demand , not the employees' fault. They did their best. More of a note to the owner. Keep up the good work
