I came here twice today to get a pick me up while shopping and Starbucks was closed . I was there at about 12:36pm and 8am this morning. They were supposed to be open at 7am . I was highly disappointed

The batista if can even be called that such a waste. Is a complete joke. Doesn't know how to make coffee. Or organization skills. And completely rude.
Horrible. Don't even waste your time. I've stopped in for just coffee (because this location is convenient and on my way to work) and literally EVERY TIME, before I order, I get a LONG LIST of things they're out of. One of them being iced coffee. That's a key menu item and they NEVER have it. I went this morning and the lady had over 10 things listed that they "were out of" and I'm tired of having this experience every time. Just shut it down.

Baristas are rude, they are never open and last time I went I asked for an iced white mocha and the “barista” working said she didn’t know how to make it but could look it up in the training book but it would take her awhile. They are always sorely understaffed and machines are broken all the time. Go anywhere else (mt comfort, Pendleton pike or fishers) for your needs at a stand alone store.

This Starbucks should be shut down if they cannot operate with a Starbucks barista or can’t make the coffee you order. They are always having some malfunction with equipment, always out of ingredients and now they can’t even make the coffee we ordered! Where do you get hazelnut out of Venti White mocha ?? The order wasn’t marked so my friend had no way of knowing it was wrong.Now I am not driving all the way back there for a new coffee but I want to address this and they won’t answer the phone, imagine that !!EDIT: I returned to this location the following day because I saved the coffee for them, they can have it back!Thankfully Jamia was working and I want to be sure my negative review doesn’t include her. She is super nice and always remembers me and what I order, she does a great job and has never made an error with my order, I explained to her what took place and she made it right. It’s a shame they don’t have more employees like her
