We need ordered here through the app by mistake. I am 45 minutes away. They refused to answer the phone and when they finally did. She just hung up on us. Refused a refund even though we called the store in plenty of enough time to cancel / not make our food.

The person that was preparing my sandwich had a bracelet on. The charm kept touching my food. Cross contamination. She should not have been wearing any jewelry while preparing food. This was the Subway on 56th street Fort Benjamin Harrison

Ive been to way better subways that know customer service and take pride at what they do but if you go to this location you will get cursed out & they will be talking about you in a disrespectful way in Indian thinking you do not understand their language & if you ask them to create the sandwich your way they give you the most disrespectful look plus cleanliness is 0/10 i was shocked seeing them put meat that fell on the floor just on the side not in the bin & ofcourse they would serve it to customers because they dont eat meat

This is the rudest service I have ever seen from employees to manager to the owner if you do not like it when people tell you what to do then do not work at a subway & for the owner being supremely cheap with your portions you deserve a terrible review

Terrible service and terrible quality food my food was stinking in the bag smelled like dog food !!
I was shocked seeing them cook my meat in the microwave so I’ve asked them not too, what they did was put aside my meat which I ordered double and and then gave me only half the other portion that didn’t go in the microwave yet, they owner is super cheap !! She wouldn’t even let them remake my order due to it being considered as a loss ive never seen a restaurant this disgusting and flying insects are all over the veggies

I ordered for to-go on the app. I was 10-15 minutes late picking up my order, and I apologized for that. I was expecting to pick up 2 sandwiches that were made 15-20 mins ago, I would’ve been fine with that. I go in, they acted like they had no idea I even ordered anything. They make me show them my app, then show them again, then show them the order number. They start to remake my food that they had obviously thrown away. When I told them “I’ll be back in 10 minutes” because I had to make a call, they were cutting up the bread for a footlong and a 6 inch, like I ordered. I left, was on the phone for 5 mins, and came back in to wait. They were taking the vegetables off the sandwiches and putting them in the oven. I didn’t think much of it, I figured that during the lunch rush they probably didn’t realize they were toasted. It’s 40 minutes past when I was supposed to pick up my food at this point. I take the sandwiches and leave, and it dawns on me that I never saw them actually make the sandwiches— they took them out of the trash. They actually took the sandwiches they made me, out of the trash, took the toppings off, toasted them again, and put the same toppings back on. I could tell because the sandwiches tasted slightly old— I will never be returning to this subway again. I had been here before and could tell by the way the owner read the order over multiple times making sure drinks and chip counts were correct that he was stingy, but taking food out of the trash? You’re kidding me.

ZERO STARS Awful disappointing Subway experience!!!! 2 mobile Orders were made on the App ahead of time and scheduled for pick up in the afternoon on 11/6. When I got there they did not have over half the order even ready. I ordered 14, 6 inch sub sandwiches. All were paid in full over $110 on my co-workers Credit card, they claim only 6 were paid for. $45 . They made me pay for ALL of it again, (even though I had the confirmation numbers) AND would not let me take the 6 sandwiches they said were paid in full!! So very frustrated at this, and a waste of my time. My friend will be disputing the charge on her credit card!! They do not understand English at ALL, that is why we placed on the App so we didn’t have to speak with them over the phone or in person. They never apologized at all, no offering of a beverage or cookie for the trouble!! I’ll be contacting corporate as well, as soon as I can figure out who to reach out too!! DO NOT RECCOMEND this store and especially if you have a large order like us!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I was here this morning, the owner was really mean and rude to customers and staff. THE CHIPS WERE EXPIRED AND MY SWEET TEA TASTED OLD AND WARM.

The lady owner was very rude to me the third time that I came in within the last week. The first two times I came in. I got my food to go and ate in my car then after I ate, I came in to use the restroom and refill my drink. Today she told me I cannot go out to my car and eat and come in and refill my drink. So I said, I will just eat inside, and then she said I only have 10 minutes to refill my drink… definitely not coming here again
