We tried here again as walk in / dine in customers. We don't use touch screens due to the normal filthiness and virus transmission. We also do not like to navigate the ridiculous menu selections and like others, stand there for 10 minutes trying to enter a simple order. So we came to the counter. Several crew members saw us there and walked right by. After 6 minutes no one came to the counter so we left. We attempted to go through the drive through and after sitting in line there for 5 minutes we placed our order. I reckon we were there for around 15 minutes before we left to come home and find the tacos were all broken some with out cheese at all and mostly dead cold.
I don't think it's too much to ask for the bare amount of care to go into making food. I don't even understand what someone gains from making food that's falling apart and ruined before I even get it out of the wrapper. Everywhere is like this now. Nobody cares about anything.

I actually quite like this Taco Bell. They've only missed my food once, and when I came back they apologized and gave me my food. I really like the little outdoor patio, it's very cute. The longest I've waited for my food is maybe 5-10 minutes? It doesn't take that long and I think it's actually very good :)

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I never heard anyone on the speaker so I drove up to the window and they refused to take my order. They told me to leave the line and drive back through if I wanted food. I was told to have a good evening! Terrible service and rude employees

Got drive-through one lunch this week and the order was severely messed up. (Missing multiple tacos ). Went back with the basketball team tonight to try again and find out on a Friday night…they close at 9 o’clock. We literally live two miles away and unfortunately we’ll probably not be back. Dear proprietor, get lobby hours till at least 10 or 11 on a Friday Saturday Sunday and get folks trained up on getting orders right. Suggest other users go north Olio and go to Taco Bell that actually stays open late. Not everyone wants to go through drive-through. While we were loading folks up, we watched multiple people pull up walk up to the door and walk away. You’re literally losing new business and clientele. We were excited for the local one, but it’s a miss so far.

I’m very pleased with the service here… there’s a lady named Ciah that works here and she was the nicest person ever!!! 100% coming back because of her.

This new location definitely doesn't have the kinks worked out yet. Waited forever on an order that was made online and said was ready. They had a lobby full of people waiting on orders. Six people in the back doing tasks and one person slowly making orders.

The 1 start rating is due to the terrible quality of food. The Chalupa I ordered was so hard my husband thought I was biting into a crunchy taco. Not to mention, it was cold as if it was pulled out a refrigerator. I am dissatisfied and disappointed considering this establishment has only been opened for a month.

The food was good, very friendly ladies. The parking lot is super small but definitely worth the visit. Enjoyed my breakfast quesadilla and coffee.

EDIT: store is now open!
I am excited to have a Taco Bell so close in McCordsville. This building is being constructed quickly so it should be ready I'm hoping by end of July. I'll definitely be dropping by opening weekend for a Cravings Box.

Just opened and they already can't afford toppings apparently. Crunch wrap supreme seemed like a tortilla and some lettuce.

Well, you know what they say….Your food only gets better the longer you wait. And that is entirely true with this place! I waited well over 30 minutes for some of the best Chalupa’s I’ve ever had! The soda was mixed so professionally. I know that they spent the full 45 minutes. I waited in the drive-through line to make my soda pristine! 10 out of 10. Great food well worth the wait.

Wow look at reviews, 1 star for unmasked employees 😂😂😂
I’m sorry, but leaving a bad review for a place that’s not even open yet because it’s not a “farmers market”, just don’t go here. Don’t be pissy because you’re not getting what you want. 😂😂😂
